This little diner has always been a stop for us while we are in Falmouth for the summer. This past stop was so disappointing. Food was average to poor. The service was AWFUL. I know it's a small busy place and the waitstaff works hard. However, I think they are stretched too thin. Unfortunately we have decided that Betsy's won't be on our "must do" list for our next stop in Falmouth. There are other places for breakfast in town with better food and better service.

After driving by this place many times, had to stop. Came in for an early lunch, sat right down. Good, friendly and quick service. Prices are very good for the area, reasonable. The menu was much larger than expected with a page of daily specials. Classic diner food - delicious! Decor was very 'old school.' Would definitely go back.

We love diners, and were looking for a good solid breakfast spot for our family on the last day before heading home. There was a long line but we were greeted cheerfully and told 10-15 minutes. We were seated in a booth after 10 minutes. The wait staff was obviously really busy but good natured and accommodating to our many requests for napkins, utensils, etc. (with kids, they always fall on the floor "by accident"). The menu was not particularly innovative and not a lot of options that are "healthy" for breakfast. No turkey or vegetarian sausage, hash, etc. and omelette options were limited- charge $.50 for each vegetable added to a cheese omelette. The hash was good, and my daughter liked her blueberry waffle- generous size. The hash browns were good. Wouldn't rush back, but would be happy to be there again.

I also saw a very negative review before about a group of older travelers who had a bad encounter with a waitress. It says right on the menu that they don't do separate checks for parties. They should have handled it better with management stepping in when the waitress lost it. However, the reviews were particularly harsh.

My wife and I stopped by for breakfast on Sunday. Wait service was good and food was fine at a reasonable price.

My husband ordered eggs over easy and they were over cooked. We were there early and it seemed like everything was overdone.
