best fried and/or broiled seafood in town. try the chowders, clam, fish, and especially the shrimp and corn. I can't get past the fish dishes but the menu is varied and others have raved about other menu items. a pleasant surprise.

The restaurant is a little run down, both inside & outside. The service was slow and it took a while to get our food. I would stop here again, but probably only for lunch, not for dinner, and definately not if I was looking to treat someone to a special dinner.

Arrived at our resort early evening labor weekend Saturday. Needed food so as this place is near the local stop and shop popped in for a meal. Understand as there were no tables free there would have been a wait BUT the tables were occupied by mostly couples so not actually full (we run a restaurant in uk so realise the potential issues) lovely Russian girl took our order, may have been a bit of confusion between our English/welsh accents and her US/Russian accent so can again understand why our food order was misunderstood. Absolutely ages for our food to arrive and very, very expensive we thought. Food was ok tho, not outstanding but ok.

Ate here twice while attending a conference in Mashpee, stayed in Falmouth. Fresh seafood dishes were excellent, and the Clam Chowder is to die for. The owner was always accomodating, and the conversation was good. There were not many other folks in the restaurant, but I sensed this was due to the season being over for the summer. Good food and drink, comfortable atmosphere, service friendly (by owner) and fast. Not fancy but tasty.
