Visited Anejo for the first time 10/15/11, figuring that off-season on the Cape would require less waiting. The confused hostess told us there would be a 20 minute wait (at 8pm), but a passing waitress told her there were tables open, so instead we were seated immediately. Our polite waiter took our drink order right away, and was prompt to bring the cocktails, but then didn't bring chips and salsa until after our appetizer (guacamole) was on the table. Other tables seated after us were already enjoying their chips & salsa while we watched our appetizer be prepared, chipless. While the freshly made guacamole was very good, having it made table-side on a small cart in the middle of the very crowded restaurant seemed a bit silly. As for the entrees, the fish taco's were very good, and the chicken burrito was fine. Our experience with this new Mexican restaurant in downtown Falmouth was a trendy looking place (Mexican Roo-Bar?), good quality but fairly average food, and average service. We would consider going back, but would probably consider other restaurants downtown first.
