“GREAT B&B”
Reviewed September 21, 2010

We would certainly recommend the Inn at Siders Lane. Everything was 'Spot On' . Our bedroom - Pineapple - was very spacious and bright. Thank goodness for the A C system (very quiet) as we visited during the heat wave at the beginning of September. Jim & Maureen were so nice - they have obviously got the mix just right, being there when you needed them but not obtrusive.

Just can't praise Maureen & Jim's place highly enough. They are lovely people who have a beautiful, spacious home. From the minute we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel like friends. They simply can't do enough for you; On our first day, Jim gave us a lift to the Martha's Vineyard ferry. Maureen had already instructed us on the best place to hire bikes and the best routes to take whilst on the island, which beach to visit and where to eat. It just added so much to our experience and made it an unforgettable day. On other days, Jim was always available to offer advice to the best routes and places to visit to get the very best out of our visit to Cape Cod. Maureen always knew the best places to eat!
Every breakfast was a special experience, with Maureen's delicious creations and Jim's impeccable service. I'll be back for the home made granola and and fruit concoctions alone!
We stayed in the Oak Room, which was spacious and tastefully decorated and immacualately clean and a truly relaxing haven after a hard days' sight seeing. The closet was larger than one of our bedrooms!
If we could give the Inn at Sider's lane six stars we would. It was our first visit to Cape Cod and it won't be our last. And there's no question as to where we'll be staying. At the best guest house anywhere with a couple who have captured the perfect essence of how to make you feel valued and welcome as guests.

We arrived at the Inn at Siders Lane on a Monday after a wonderful family wedding in Ipswich. We found the Inn's location was perfect for a stroll into the wonderful and interesting town of Falmouth yet easily accessible to the highways. Our room was significantly more spacious than other B & B's, with a very comfortable bed and amenities including a TV with cable and air conditioning that is uncommon in many Cape Cod residences but becoming more necessary. Also we enjoyed a full bath with tub/shower, great water pressure, walk in closet and although only 2 of us, the pineapple room was large enough for a family with bunk beds off to one side. The bed was very comfortable, the whole inn which is attached to Jim and Maureen's home was very clean with a friendly atmosphere. Since only three guest rooms, the owners are quite attentive but only as needed. Comfortable and classy at the same time. Breakfasts were good and we were delighted to make the acquaintance of a very interesting English couple. Jim and Maureen helped them make additional reservations up the coast and helped us with our check in for the airlines. We had to leave early on Friday to catch a plane and there was coffee waiting for us for the drive to the airport. Cookies and other refreshments in the afternoon, a refrigerator with water and sodas available too were just added extras. Directions to a lovely beach were appreciated as were the beach towels, etc. they loaned us.
You can tell that Jim and Maureen love each other, their family, their home and their inn and they are genuinely wonderful individuals who will help you enjoy your visit to Falmouth. We have stayed in Falmouth many times before, but from now on we will always stay at the Inn at Siders Lane.

This was my third stay at the Inn. Jim and Maureen keep making it better and better. I hate to leave they make it soooo comfortable and just like home. Perfect spot to visit Falmouth from if one is on a vacation or business trip. The Inn is immaculate and Maureen and Jim do a great job with breakfast in the morning. They aim to please.

My wife and I and two friends stayed with Maureen and Jim for 5 nights at their lovely home in Falmouth. Put quite simply it is the best of it's kind we have ever stayed at but that wouldn't be doing it justice. Maureen and Jim can't do enough for you and Maureen's breakfasts are as lovely as they are varied. Their home is beautifully furnished and decorated and spotlessly clean yet it remains welcoming, homely and somewhere we felt totally comfortable in. Our stay at Falmouth was the highlight of our two week trip and that is largely due to these two lovely people. We would love to return and would unconditionally recommend the Inn at Siders Lane to anybody wanting to stay on Cape Cod.

I stayed the Inn at Siders Lane from June 14 to 16, 2010. My friend and I were staying in the spacious Pineapple Room on the second floor. The room, as well as the rest of the inn, is very clean and beautiful. The inn owners, Jim and Maureen, are quite gracious and they serve a large breakfast every morning at 8:30. The location of the inn is convenient because it is located on the edge of the Village Green. There are many shops and restaurants to walk to from the inn. It is possible to walk to the beach as well. Falmouth can be very congested with traffic in summer so it is a nice perk to park the car at the inn and explore this classic old village center by walking or biking around.

We moved to the Inn after a bad experience elsewhere. The Inn had everything we wanted in Cape Cod. A beautifully furnished, spacious room with every amenity and perfectly clean. Jim and Maureen, the hosts, were very welcoming and helpful with advice and assistance. Breakfasts were exactly what we wished for and afternoon homemade cookies and a visitor fridge, well stocked with water and sodas was a nice touch.
