“Elegant and welcoming”

We moved to the Inn after a bad experience elsewhere. The Inn had everything we wanted in Cape Cod. A beautifully furnished, spacious room with every amenity and perfectly clean. Jim and Maureen, the hosts, were very welcoming and helpful with advice and assistance. Breakfasts were exactly what we wished for and afternoon homemade cookies and a visitor fridge, well stocked with water and sodas was a nice touch.

This was my 2nd stay at the Inn at Siders Lane: my husband's 1st. Stayed last year for the first time for a girls' getaway weekend and fell in love with the inn, and the terrific innkeepers: Jim and Maureen Trodden. Perfect location for visiting Falmouth: right in the center. Thrilled to have central A/C -- very comfortable sleep on an equally comfortable mattress. Jim and Maureen are pleasant and knowledgeable about the area and what to do. Breakfast was delicious, and they accommodated my gluten-sensitivity happily, without complaint. They provide iced tea and cookies in the afternoon. Nice table out back for relaxing or having a glass of wine. You will not regret your stay here -- we will definitely be back -- my husband is already saying he wants to return for September.

From our arrival to departure, our stay could not have been better. Jim and Maureen Trodden our host, could not have been more gracious and egor to please., We had a choice of either the Pineapple Room, or the Oak Room and we were not dissapointed in our choice of the Oak Room.A large well appointed room overlooking Main Street and the Town Green. The breakfast was to die for. Plenty of fresh jiuces, fruits, hot coffee, toast, rolls, omelette and sauage that was outstanding
To sum up our stay and uising a line from a famous movie "I,ll Be Back"

We just stayed for the third time with Maureen and Jim, who always make us feel right at home with their friendly greetings, wonderful senses of humor, and very respectful service -- neither over-bearing nor inattentive, but just right and always helpful. That's the main reason why we enjoy this B&B as much as we do. Plus, its location on the corner of a side street right by the Green in Falmouth, just a short distance from the Shining Sea Bike Trail, is really terrific, and the rooms (there are only three in the B&B -- another plus that adds to the cozy feel of the inn) are very spacious and kept immaculately clean.

The only minor quibble (which we don't mind too much) is that traffic noise, while never loud, can be noticeable at night, even though the house is set back from the main street.

Still, that's a minor issue at this terrific B&B -- one of the best that we've ever stayed in, that we'll probably return to yet again, and that we'd strongly recommend to others!

Booked for one night at the last minute to use as a base to tour Cape Cod. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and happy to give information and maps about the area. Falmouth is a pretty town and Its only a short 5 min stroll into town where there are a number of shops, restaurants and bars - so nice to get out of the car and walk to places! We stayed in the Pineapple room - very clean and nicely decorated and the shower was very powerful too which was a bonus. There are 3 rooms at this B&B and guests eat breakfast together at 8.30am - a lovely breakfast of fruit and pastrys and something hot which changes every day...we had souffle and sausages. The B&B has parking around the back for your car.
The Cape Cod area is very picturesque with lots of shops at the side of the road you can stop at. The road (and towns) running along the north part of the Cod are particularly pretty. Falmouth is a great place to stay and I would definately book to stay at Siders Lane Inn again.

Located by the green, the inn is well situated for visitng Falmouth and the Cape. Maureen and Jim have a beautiful home and the Wicker Room in which we stayed was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Breakfast everyday was great, Maureen and Jim were keen to help with local tourist informationa and restaurant recommendations.

Maureen and Jim became friends immediately. They exhibit a genuine concern for their guests and extend a welcome that's from the heart. We have had many trips to this inn, as a couple and with our family and have always been met with open arms, fluffy towels and a great breakfast! I always need a place that smells and looks great...this is a "feel good" place, this is home!! Thank you! Ned & Mary
