As a historian, visiting cemeteries is normal. This one is full of history and well tended. Families are grouped so it is easy to trace and look up those in a particular branch.
Not far to walk from downtown and parking is easy, however I was there on a Saturday when it was -3.
I had no map, but wandered around and absorbed the history of the former residents of what was once a prosperous and thriving city.
