The new Encore Hotel and casino is quite nice.
The inside with the lovely colourful Floral display is lovely
But leaves less space for a comfortable reception area given the size of the hotel.
The outside fountain and greenery is good but the cars coming and turning makes it congested !
The water boat taxi trip is very nice and an attractive feature on the doorstep.
Overall interesting for the casino lovers and plenty to do for those who are not too !

I stayed at Encore Boston Harbor for four days. It's a gorgeous building. The lobby is stunning. The wait staff and the housekeeping people I met couldn't have been nicer. The people at the check-in desk and the guys right outside who are supposed to call you a cab -- I found them to be rude and not at all helpful.

The room was very well appointed. Comfortable bed and couch, beautiful bathroom. There's an Echo, so you can ask Alexa to turn off your lights, open the drapes, etc. Awesome view of the harbor.

There are restaurants on the property. All extra expensive and nothing really exciting for me. And then there's the casino. It's huge and clean and bright. Depending on when you go in, the crowds can be a bit overwhelming. But all the people working there that I dealt with were friendly. I only played video poker and slot machines. They have some very cool slots and I had a big win. :)

There are a number of shops on the property, with outrageous and ridiculous prices (i.e. carry on suitcase for $1100. I asked the person in the watch shop what the cheapest watch in the place was. It was well over $1,000, and the most expensive was several hundred thousand. Whatever.

There's a water taxi you can get it right on the Encore property, and it's so much faster than driving because of the heavy traffic on the roads.

Otherwise, there didn't seem to be a whole lot to do. Which I'm guessing is exactly the way they want it.

One night is not enough! Everything about Encore is amazing. The best service and accommodations we have experienced to date. Gambling to shopping there's tons to keep you busy and the restaurant selection is to die for.

We've already booked our next trip.

Enjoyed a 1 night stay at the new Encore, and it didn't disappoint. Our room was located on the 16th floor, with views over the harbor. The mod cons in the room were what you would expect in a 5* resort hotel (alexa, ipad, 2 huge flat screens) The marble bathrooms were luxurious and the suite itself had the most impressive views, was extremely comfortable, and was a joy to stay in! The staff were genuine and couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. From the friendly hello's as you were walking through the hotel, to going above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. Had lunch at the Oyster bar and breakfast at the Garden Cafe - service and food quality in both were 5*. We enjoyed the water taxi over to Boston, & had an hour in the casino. It is well run, and well designed. Will be back to enjoy a little luxury getaway soon!

Room tip: harbor view rooms well worth the upgrade!
