Growing up as a kid I often remember going to get a Blizzard as a treat on the Connecticut shoreline. You can't beat soft serve with a bunch of cookies, candy or coated topping. Other than that you are limited to vanilla or chocolate soft serve. The price is right for the pickiest (or not adventurous) ice cream eaters.
Service was ok, just the nostalgia kicks in. Advice, try a local ice cream shop with a variety of flavors. Leave this as a last resort or option for small kids (toddlers).
