“Great management!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2013

Carol at The Fallon of Edgartown made my engagement very memorable. My fiancé coordinated getting flowers delivered from Donarama's, and Carol made it work and decorated the room without him there! So sweet!

Our only gripe is really just the high prices of lodging in Edgartown. The rooms were well cared for but small, especially for the price.

The Adirondack chairs on the front lawn are very nice to enjoy your breakfast on a nice sunny day! Thanks Carol!

Carol the manager at the Fallon loves to host and welcomes you to enjoy this charming island from a perfect location where all the fun stuff is right out the door. The rooms are quiet, fresh, and comfortable, a good value for this location. We were touched when Carol made arrangements for champagne and a card for our 40th anniversary. We wouldn't wanted to be anywhere else to celebrate and after multiple visits have never been disappointed.

The Fallon is everything you want it to be. It is so clean, and the staff is so friendly. The rooms have all the modern amenities, yet it feels like you're staying in a chic distant family members home. The location is ace, especially when you consider Murdick's Fudge is across the street.

Drinking coffee and reading on the beautiful front porch was the icing on the cake. I want to live there!

An outstanding location, spotless room, luxurious bed and amenities. Breathtaking flowers around the grounds, relaxing private porch or chairs on the front lawn to sit and relax I cannot say enough about The Fallon. I wish we had time to dine in the restaurant. It looked lovely.the Fallon was quiet but at the same time there was always someone if you needed anything. I hope you feel the same way.

Staff, friendly and fun, rooms creative and comfortable, best so far ever in Edgartown, and we have tried many!! They are helpful and very informed of all the Vineyards great happenings. This is really a hidden gem. Location could not be better with a rich, historic feel but with modern flair. The owner is always on site which gives a great added value to this property.

We stayed at The Fallon this weekend and had such a great experience I had to write something here. We arrived Friday evening and were directed to our room upstairs which was so comfortable and private. We had our own clean bathroom, small refrigerator, WiFi, reading chair, etc. There were books and magazines to read. It was perfect. It's a short walk to anywhere in town and we always felt safe. The restaurant in the hotel is second to none but if you feel like going someplace for an inexpensive bite to eat you have dozens of options within a short walk. Carol, the host, had the bikes out waiting for us in the morning to start our biking trip around the island. If you have never done this before, it should be on everyone's bucket list. I would highly recommend the Fallon. Brilliant and No Worries......

I recently found myself extending my stay on Martha's Vineyard at The Fallon as a result of hurricane Sandy. I would like to thank it's host Carol Beecher for being most outstanding, calm, cool, and collected through it all. Carol made sure I was WELL stocked w/all the necessary essentials as well as checking in on me frequently to ensure my safety and comfort...a most gracious host. Thank you Carol!!!
