“Wish they were open more”

Great food, friendly people. After hearing good things, I'd tried to visit several times but they were always closed. Happy I finally got in. A little pricey and fancy, but definitely a home run if you want to go on a special occasion.

“Higher end comfort food”
Reviewed February 22, 2013

Good meatballs, fried chicken. jalapeño slaw is a highlight. Food is American style but but classy. Fried Brussels sprouts a must. Waitress had a lot of personality. Atmosphere conducive to socializing, in a cozy setting. I would recommend to friends.

“Never again”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

Our reservation was for 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday; when we arrived the place was empty. Our waitress told us there was no hurry to place our order, so I thanked her for not rushing us. After our dinner we ordered dessert. As our waitress served it, she explicitly informed us that we had 20 minutes to finish up because another party with a reservation was coming in and needed our table. By then the place was beginning to fill up, but still, we were all astonished. Why, when I made the reservation, wasn't I informed that Coco has a policy of allowing 1.5 hours for dinner on weekends, or at least this is what the waitress said was her reason for basically asking us to leave.

The menu is short but varies enough to appeal to everyone who enjoys good food, and good food it is, prepared with skill and discernment. The atmosphere is interesting though too spartan to be warm and welcoming. There is a bar in the cellar that I didn't get to see. Too bad the waitress wasn't savvy enough to usher us down there since she needed our table so badly.

No matter how good the food, nothing could negate an experience as egregious as this one. I could not possibly patronize the place again.

“Delicious, vibrant tasting”

Wonderful food, limited choices but every one delicious and hot and made to order. Brussels sprouts appetizer is great. Salmon, eggplant, pork all great. Very good service, pretty restaurant. Nice wine choices. Best in the area.

“A 1st Class Restaurant in Easthampton!”

Amazing gourmet cuisine at an equally amazing price point. Great service. The Cellar bar is a great place to hang out before or after dinner.

Don't miss the deep fried brusslesprouts!
