Came here for lunch with a few colleagues. The service was prompt and friendly. The food came out promptly and was nice and hot. The chowder and the steamers were delicious!

A bit pricey, but overall was good meal. Cod seemed best on menu. Tuna steak could have been seared w higher temp...a bit blasee. Jazz during dinner a plus.

We've had clam chowder all over New England (and the Cape) and Stewart's has one of the best! --- If you like a creamy, rich, thick and flavorful chowder! We have family on the Cape and spend a month there every year and just happened to stop here. If you like a thinner, milky, home style chowder (or if you are watching your diet) then this Chowda probably isn't for you. The fried whole belly clams were alo delish, and if you want a fish sandwich, the fish sandwich is beautiful and tasty. If you have kids, the food from the kids menu was impressive.

We decided to try Stewart's when we saw the line at Arnold's was very long. We were very pleased with the atmosphere at Stewart's-- a charming version of the family friendly seafood restaurants in the area but with no wait! Some of the food we ordered was quite good: the grilled artichoke salad was delicious --but the prices were fairly steep with quality being OK for most things. Pusters on the half shell were good but the cocktail sauce was mediocre. I made the mistake of getting the lobster lo mein-- in fairness, it had a lot of lobster and vegetables but the sauce was very heavy and drowned the noodles and other items.
Ate better food at Arnold's the next day for a little more than half the price.

I got the tuna and it was simply cooked, could have used some salt and wasabi, the kids had Mac n cheese from a box and loved it!! The calamari was nicely cooked. Very safe place to go where the service is fast but could be a bit more friendly. We will return.
