The Chinese food is decent here, but nothing to write home about. Your regular choices. A shame the owners never update their building or paint things , because the place could really look sharp. A lot of the ambience here is in the décor, but it just hasn't been kept up. Milking a restaurant, and not reinvesting in it, is always a bad choice. :(
