Went to this amazing cafe in the back of the Marina on the recommendation of a local realtor.
After driving in to the marina and dodging boats being hauled around you will see what looks to be a quite unprepossessing little wooden shack style cafe. Do not be fooled by appearances.
If you go after they've been open half an hour or so you'll probably queue for a fair while. It WILL be worth it.
Fortunately, again acting on his advice we ,arrived early about 1120am and waited for the lunch hour ,1130 onward, to start so we didn't have to queue but it was just building.
We ordered lobster rolls at about $18 each inc taxes, and they were huge. They have lots of picnic style tables and benches outside over-looking the Marina as a great visual bonus.
I'm not a religious person, but the taste of these lobster rolls was probably the nearest thing to taste heaven I'll ever get.
Amazing. If you're on Cape Cod it's a must!

The Sesuit Harbor Cafe came highly recommended but fell somewhat short of our expectations. First of all it was very difficult to find. We drove past the parking lot that led to it at least two times. It was very overcrowded with grumpy customers having to stand around and wait for a seat at a picnic table to open up. After standing in line to order food it was an annoyance to stand in the hot sun and try to beat other customers to tables. The restaurant advertised that they offered gluten free choices but the woman at the counter seemed confused about what they might be able to offer as they did not have gluten free rolls or breading for the seafood. Anyone abiding by a gluten free diet knows the frustration of specifically seeking out a restaurant claiming to cater to those on this type of diet only to be offered a plain salad or a hamburger without the bun. Thanks but no thanks. Food ordered by the rest of the family was only O.K. and we all ended up wishing we went to a more organized establishment with air conditioning. On the plus side, the view was very nice and would be much more enjoyable on a day when it was cooler and less crowded.

Owned by same people as Lobster Roll Cruise--food was very good (not cheap) and view was AWESOME! Boats, jet skis, beaches--all with a nice breeze at LOTS of outdoor seats. UNFORTUNATELY--parking was a NIGHTMARE--we tried to park and walk in from the road, but were threatened of a tow from nearby yacht club; luckily the restaurant has an info person--Mark--ago was a DOLL and helped diffuse the situation (actually apologized to yacht club man and said it was his fault!) and get us parked (wouldn't accept a tip either!). For the prices charged, we were APPALLED at having no other option than PORTA POTTIES!!! My sister is a diabetic, and had to test nd inject herself at the table in the hot sun, my cousin had to change her baby back at the car--and nurse him there as well. Food was on the slow side. View one of the best I have ever seen! Too many tables and people?!? Not enough parking for sure!!

We went many times during our 1-week stay in East Dennis. Tried the clams, scallops, and the lobster roll. There is a LOT of lobster in it (it's almost hard to find the bun!) and it definitely worth the price. A must-try in the area.

I was on the cape for business. We searched for a place for a quick lunch and came up with Sesuit. We drove past it then turned around and found it. Awesome view right on the water. If you want a lobster roll this is the place. It was overflowing with lobster. It had the right amount of dressing and a delicious roll. Looking around, everyone there was eating the lobster roll so I guess if you don't believe me then see what everyone else is chomping on. Only outdoor seating and you only have a few days left for the season.. I will definitely go back
