Highly recommended, but having never been here we dined here on a Saturday evening. The decor is pleasant, but nothing out the ordinary. The food is excellent. We both had the oyster stew; it was the best we have had in a very long time and I would go back just to have it again. She had scallops and polenta, I had an herb encrusted halibut. Both were winners and merit a return visit. The dining is intimate. A woman at the table next to us managed to pick up the "silver" with her magnetic bracelet and we spoke; at the other table we could not help but overhear all about a condo complex and its residents as those two tables conversed. So if you go with your mistress, privacy will not be the order of the day. Nevertheless the meal was excellent, the atmosphere was nice, the service was superb and we will go back.
