Although I've driven by the Underground Bakery many, many times, I never noticed it. I found it when searching the web for vegan breakfasts on the Cape. It's tucked behind some other buildings right on 6A and is a cute little spot. There was only one vegan muffin option the morning I went, but it was delicious -- it was a corn muffin with a strawberry filling. It was a bit frozen in the middle, but there is a microwave in the eating area, so I nuked it for a few seconds. Really great. My daughter got a non-vegan muffin and loved hers, but also loved mine. The lunch menu looked good as well, so we'll be back soon to sample those offerings.
