We stay at the Hilton in September, when we got to our room, the door handle was to hard for my wife to open. the bathroom floor had spots and the coffee grinds were still in pot. On our last night the fire alarm went of twice, causing people had to evaculate, plus the noise!!!
First, let me aplogize for the problems you encountered during your recent visit. Our primary goal is to ensure each guest has a relaxing and comfortable stay. I was very unhappy to learn that this did not happen for you. Your comments regarding housekeeping will be shared with the departmental manager along with the team and corrective action will be taken. The fire alarm was caused due to communication issue between the fire pump and the alarm system. The hotel is working with the fire department to correct this issue. It is through comments like yours that we may evaluate our strenghts and weaknesses and make improvements where necessary. We were extremely pleased with the service by the front desk staff Mike, Lauren and Ariel. We had a couple problems and they made immediate arrangements to fix these. Our stay was very pleasant. We recommend if you want a quiet room to ask for one at the end of the hall away from elevator and bar. Thank you Mike, Lauren and Ariel for making our stay great. The location of this hotel is excellent for access to downtown. When parking do not use the garages unless you want to spend $35.00. Park by the water for $16.00.

Spent a week here. The interior and exterior architecture is really nice. Good place for conferences and meetings and nice amenities; close to the highways. The room was also well appointed with milk chocolate walls and roomy, but it was so dark I needed a flashlight to figure out how to use the coffee maker. No, I'm not kidding. It might have been good for a romantic night, but living there for a week was oppressive (probably not an issue with a western facing room). Fortunately, the weather was gorgeous and I was able to escape to the patio and read in the sunshine. There were a lot of little things that surprised me like the broken ice machine that was never fixed, the heat lamp in the bathroom that had no heat bulb, and the ironing board which was so tipsy that the iron fell on the floor which was unfortunate because I had to iron in the bathroom (as the light was too dark in the room to see). The bathroom had a nice long counter, though, which was convenient for laying out toiletries, and pretty stonework tiles, but the water pressure was terrible. Fluffy towels and nice bath products. Window opened in the back to a woodsy area which was good, but no screen. Room service was good and consistent, and staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a good cafe/bar area with computer terminals off the lobby with large windows which was a really smart idea, and a Starbucks which only stayed open until about 11. The dining room was very comfortable and bright overlooking a back area with a fountain, but expensive - $4 for a cup of coffee, $12 for a continental breakfast. Also there was a grate that had fallen through the pavement at the entrance of the underground garage which is a huge safety issue for any woman walking in heels in the dark. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it and return, but these small issues combined surprised me for an otherwise classy Hilton.

We were in Dedham to attend our son's wedding and expected better accommodations at a Hilton. We have always been pleased with all our past stays at Hilton's or their affiliates. I hope this was an exception. At check-in 3:30pm we requested that a cot or roll in bed be brought to the room we reserved for our daughter's family and after reminding the front desk on at least three times it was finally provided at 12:30 am.

We found the hotel to be clean and well kept with convenient amenities. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating! The buffet breakfast was really nice - better than most. The location was very convenient to the highway with easy access to BC / Boston.
