Definately not worth waiting over two hours. Did not enjoy the food. Ordered wok-charred beef (which we enjoyed previously at a different PF Changs) but this time it was terrible - over charred and more like burnt beef. The other dish we ordered was over salted. Lots of staff stopped to see if we were happy - but we were not.

It was our first time at PF Changs. We went for a late lunch. We were seated next to a wait station. It took several mins before our server had greeted us. I hope that it didn't set the tone for our experience.
Our server finally came and took our drinks and appetizer order. We ordered the salt and pepper calamari. The calamari was cut into little strips that looked more like clam strips and served with a seasoned salt and a weird dipping sauce. We didn't like it and it doesn't even come close to what is served in Chinatown.
We were told that their crab wonton was made in house. They were mostly crab with just enough cheese to bind it. It reminded me of childhood when I had my first crab rangoon made with real crabmeat.
We ordered the sesame chicken lunch bowl and the double pan fried noodles w/Beef. We also got one of each of Hot & Sour soup and the Egg Drop soup. The soup were okay.
The sesame chicken bowl w/brown rice was a small portion of lightly breaded chicken breast chunks and some broccoli. It was nothing to write home about.
The double pan fried noodles was just inedible. I've never heard of lomein noodles deep fried-it created a really weird texture. Even mixing it with all the sauce that was there, one had to chew for awhile before you could swallow it.
Our server was kind enough to offer to get us something else. We chose the Cantonese Chow Fun w/Beef. This dish surprised us. The noodles was cooked perfectly with minimal oil, which a hard thing to do, containing beef, mushroom, and scallions. The dish would have been enjoyable if it weren't so salty. I'm afraid to find out what the sodium level is.

I'd wrote to them via their website regarding my concerns and received a response in less that 48hrs. I was told that they will discuss my suggestions/concerns at their next culinary meeting.

I will give this restaurant another chance before I decide on a permanent recommendation-for now I will leave it at a yes.

Okay part two of my two time visit to PF Changs (see my other review on their Natick location). I thought to myself, let me try this place again. I refuse to write a negative review until I try another location and then summarize the food at both (FOR THIS PLACE, NOT FOR OTHERS). It was not a fluke though my friends. The food is still really bad and really chain food tasting. The location is even brand spanking new in the newly opened Legacy Place. Now do not let the stupid fake stone horses fool you. This is horrible Asian food at it's best. Unlike the other location I'll throw the staff here out to dry as well saying who the heck cares if it is new, get a clue and stop running around disorganized. The place is a mess, with crowds of course but no structure here whatsoever. The waitstaff has no idea what they are doing. Same old boring drinks and horrendous menu creations which are still bland with no taste and just not worth the time or the outrageous prices. So again, stop and think where you are and drive a few miles downtown and get some real authentic "Asian Fusion" at the SAME price. As for this place? I think I will wait till Aquitaine and Met and even Ruth Chris open in this plaza, since at least I can get a halfway decent meal there.
