The staff at this hotel were out of this world! Front desk Kimberly and the concierge were so kind. The room was super-clean, and I wished I could take the bed home with me. Bathroom was stocked with nice products, and had fluffy white towels! The waterpark was the big draw for us, and it did not disappoint...except for the fact that the towels were unavailable as advertised. You had to go back out through a door to the front desk to get one (past a sign that says don't go out there wet or in bathing suit or something nonsensical). An explanation that they were no longer sitting out around the park would have been nice, and an offer of towels before we went in.

The hotel is clean and the staff is great. Beds are really comfy! Marcie in the lounge is FABULOUS, great lady, a great bartender. Unfortunately, that was the upside.

They were having issues with their key machine so it took us a different set of keys (actually two sets) to get into our room the first day.

The first room we got wouldn't open with ANY keys, ours or the master, so we got switched to another room. The first set of keys we got for that room didn't work either and it took one of the staff 4 tries to get his master to work. We stayed there for 3 days and had 5 sets of keys. Our room was all the way down the hall, and the phone for the front desk was right at the elevator - approx 30 rooms away - not fun when you're tired and want to go to sleep. Walk to the room, back to the elevators, call the front desk, walk back to the room - they would come up with new keys and had to "play" with the lock every time. It was kind of funny, I mean we were on vacation... You just had to laugh. By the third day, we were taking bets on the lock. But it was frustrating.

Then there was the broken ice machine, the fire alarm going off at midnight (not really their fault), the 5 am wake-up call that wasn't ours (that was their fault), house keeping knocking on the door at 8:30 even with the "Later Please" on the door (this was their fault too). And that was all the first night! The key issue continued for the whole stay.

I pre-payed for the room 3 months in advance and on the last day got a bill for one night. Right name, right charge number, wrong state - not my bill. That was frustrating! Quickly remedied at the front desk. We got comped breakfasts on our last day for the trouble. It was just the icing on the cake.

For what I payed, I would have expected fewer issues, I mean 3 nights and we had to call the desk every time we left the room.

Room Tip: Make sure Marcie is in the Lounge. If the key machine is on the fritz - leave relax and enjoy, but...

Decent hotel, a little pricey for services. NO elevator to 2nd floor had to make 3 trips up and down stairs for luggage, kids and stroller. Not to mention there was a handicapped room on that floor too... explain that one! Ice machine on complete opposite side of hotel. Kids beds were as hard as a rock.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We’re sorry to read that you were inconvenienced by the lack of elevator access to the 2nd floor and the location of the ice machine. We agree with you that a floor without elevator access would be an odd location for a handicap-accessible room, which is why all of our handicap-accessible rooms are on the first floor or on floors with elevator access. We apologize for any confusion about this. We hope that you will stay with us again in the near future!

Stayed here for a family wedding that was in the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything went incredibly smoothly from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The family hosted a brunch the day after the wedding and the food was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. Just 30 minutes North of Boston. We were minutes away from Salem, Glouster and many other historic and fun sites to visit in MA. The hotel accomodations were excellent. Rooms spacious, bed comforable and the staff were very helpful. We woud stay here again.

The room was dirty (hadn't been vacuumed properly) and the bathroom was dirty(someone elses makeup smudged on the faucet & someone elses hair elastic in the tub drain). Needless to say I was not impressed with this hotel at all. I would not pay to stay at a Hilton again.
