Our organization held a fundraising event at the DoubleTree Boston North Shore. The new chef put together an amazing menu. The event staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to fine tune our plans. They really rolled out the welcome mat for us, including building a runway stage and setting up different setups in different rooms. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and our fundraiser was our most successful in our history.

The standard rooms are a nice size and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms were very quiet, even though the hotel was quite busy when we were there with weddings and proms. The bathrooms were clean and attractive. We were touring the North Shore area and this was a great location, convenient to Route 1 and Route 128 and I95.

I stayed at this hotel May 17-19 as part of business group. Staff was incredibly sensitive to everyone's needs and extremely attentive. Food was amazingly wonderful. In particular, Ivor and Steve should be commended...........excellent customer service all the way. Stellar improvement over the previous owners and staff. I can't wait to return. It really doesn't get much better than this.

Stayed at this hotel so that I could take my grandsons to the attached CoCo key water resort. We had a great time and had no disappointments with this hotel choice. Clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Would bsolutely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great and we loved our room. My only two complaints are that there was a children's soccer group staying this weekend and (somebodys) kids were racing up and down the halls at 11pm and they were VERY loud. They woke up my kids and when I called the front desk they responded.

Second, coco key food service was a mess. We knew we'd be paying for overpriced food, but the overall wait times were unacceptable ... after paying and we stood there and watched our food (all ready) get cold because tthe did have enough staff to give out orders etc. Also, there was only one cashier on, so the lines to order were outrageous. Plus, a $3 popcicle had clearly melted and refroze around the stick as there was no place to hold it and it crystalized and was inedible. We tried 3 of them ... all the same. I feel that this is a holiday weekend (memorial day) and they should have made sure they had more than enough staff in to accommodate .... or managers should have jumped in to move the lines etc.. I noticed there were more than enough bar tenders. This us tge thurd year we have done this (overpriced) package and are seriously considering another water park in North Conway, NH next memorial day.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! We are so glad to read that you loved your room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore! We apologize that some of our other guests disrupted your family and that the level of food service that you received in the Water Park is not what you have come to expect from us. Rest assured, we will use your comments to help us provide better quality food in the future. We are currently in the process of reworking our Water Park menu and we do hope that you will give us another chance in the near future. We look forward to your next visit!

Staying in Danvers for a youth soccer tournament. Weather has been horrible so far. Fortunately, the hotel has offered us a wide variety of indoor activities: the indoor water park (separate fee) is one of the best water parks I've see, outdoor or indoor. Plenty of water activities for kids of all ages, plus a grill/snack bar and a beverage bar. Apart from this, there is a whole health club/fitness center that includes a large weight room and a separate cardio room, plus an indoor pool far bigger than what you'd normally find in a hotel ( this is all complimentary for guests). We also spent a while in the arcade, which has a wide variety of games. I was pleasantly surprised how far $20 lasted at h arcade. Beyond this, the rooms are decent, but not awesome, he staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is good but rather pricey. All in all, this hotel helped us carve out a fun weekend despite poor weather.

This is a nice hotel. I liked staying here. I was on a conference in Boston and could not find a reasonable priced hotel in Boston downtown. I picked DoubleTree in Danvers. The only drawback is the traffic going into Boston, any time of the day. You pay the high taxi fare in lieu of saving some $$ by staying in downtown. DoubleTree in Danvers was nice and I had a pleasant stay!
