We visited the restaurant to watch a comedian. The show was great but they crammed us onto very long buffet tables like sardines. It was way too tight and you could barely move your arms. So I honestly don't recommend going to shows there unless you have a booth! We ordered the coconut shrimp and crab rangoons to play it safe and happy to say they were great! The drinks were small, and a bit expensive. The service took forever(but very friendly) because it seems their staff cannot do a big event and the restaurant/bar at the same time. The staff at the front were friendly as well. The place appeared clean and the ladies room was clean as well.

I heard the food here was not great, but couldn't believe that it could this bad. My wife and I ordered the avocado salad and Buddhists Delight for dinner last night. After We told our server that the salad was awful (should have been thrown out, not served.) she said she was sorry but charged us anyway. The entree was oily, colorless, and lacked any flavor. This meal has to be the worst ever served to us. The only thing that makes this 1 star was the show itself. The comedians were great and keep the audience laughing throughout the show. Enjoy the show but eat somewhere else.

went to see George Lopez who was phenomenal... however that was the only good thing. The place was overpacked (6 ppl crowded in a booth) and on top of the ticket price they have a $10 min per person. And they charged an automatic 18% gratuity for a party of 2. Service sucked with the waitress consistently messing up orders and then rushed everyone to pay since she had to take off.

Went for a comedy show. Food was very good. Good & friendly service for the amount of people they had to serve. First time there, so we were pleasantly surprise.
Only thing we did not like was that it was way to hot with all the people in there & the show started late.

Our friends had seen Corey Holcomb on TV and thought he was really good and saw he was at the Hu Ke Lau dinner theater and suggested three of us couples go for a good night out. Show time was 7:00 so we arrived at 5:30 to enjoy dinner and friends prior to the show. They advertise that groups of less than 6 will be seated with others. Being a party of 6, we reserved a booth over the phone only to be told by the hostess that the booth we had reserved, was not available and they seated at a large cafeteria style table with 30 other patrons. They have a special menu in the dinner show side of the restaurant with prices about 2x any where else, with equal quality to most Chinese restaurants.
The show started 1/2 hour late with a lame disgusting act focussing on graphical sexual descriptions with racial slurs. The star of the night, Corey Holcomb came on at 8 pm with an act attempting to find humor with abortion, depicting the humorous situation of a baby being sucked out of the womb. We left the restaurant at 8:15. The bill for the evening was $115/ couple. I usually can find a bright spot in most places, but I at a total loss as far as this restaurant goes.
