Chicopee Hampton Inn is a great hotel to stay at. Conviently located in Chicopee, if you are going to Basketball Hall of Fame or the "BIG E - Fair" , or to U- Mass- Amhearst. Hotel was very clean and safe. Lots of restaurants that are convenient. very convenient off the Massachusetts Turnpike

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chicopee Ma. and were extremely pleased with this hotel. Breakfast was great as well as room cleanliness and staff. We recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in their area.

My room, #232, had a water leak on the ceiling that had been repaired at some point, but is now cracking and pealing. Brings down the overall appearance of the room. Other than that, this was a nice place to stay.

Another great stay at a Hilton property. I often stay at Hampton Inn for business travel. This time I had my wife and 14 year old son with me. They were both very satisfied with our choice. While my wife walked the 100 or so feet to the Dunkin Donuts for coffee my son whiled away a couple of hours in the indoor pool while snacking from the on site store near the front desk. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The property is very quiet and located in an area with great shopping and many dining options. Room was spotless with a sofa offered plenty of room for the 3 of us.

The staff at this hotel was very attentive and responsive to our needs/requests. The Lobby and check-in area was very clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated.

Our room was comfortable but not very clean. We stayed for four nights and was completely unpacked before we realized the condition of the floors. The carpet was damp and dirty but the hotel said it had not recently been cleaned. Our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor! For the night we just threw towels down and made the best of it. The next morning the hotel gave us credit for one nights stay and offered to move us. That was not an option for us and when we returned to the hotel the carpet was at least dry. The manager did not do a good job of admitting to the dirt. She tried to say that she and the executive housekeeper visited the room and saw no problems. We then used a make-up remover pad that the hotel provides on the floor and it was instantly black. Not much she could say.

Would we stay here again? Yes, we think this may have been isolated and it was our schedule/decision not to change rooms.

The Hampton Inn chain is a reliable hotel when traveling in unfamiliar areas. This hotel room was spotless , quiet and well-manicured, unlike the dingy, disgraceful room at Fort William Henry, Lake George, NY. It was a pleasure to note that duvets and sheets are cleaned daily.The breakfast menu was varied, the dining room clean, and the manager was friendly and attentive.

We love the Hampton Inn chain and it is our preferred hotel destination when traveling. This visit was marred by the fact that we found the last guests' clothing sticking out from under one of the beds. The hotel staff was very helpful and apologetic. We were pleaseantly surprosed to get a 100% refund the next morning which we definately did not expect or ask for. We have stayed at Hampton Inns over the years and always had great service and satisfaction. We will continue to book our stays there!
