Shuttle bus too small so could not always take all who needed to come or go. Shuttle at next door hotel much better. Elevators too slow. housekeepers very poor job. twice trash bins not emptied. (stayed 5 days). Breakfast ridiculously expensive ($15 buffet). For a $300/night hotel breakfast should have been free (at least for the cold choices). The location is not ideal. Would have been nice were it closer to the blue line, then you would not have even needed a shuttle service.

The area of the hotel was a little questionable, looks to be an up and coming neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel. The hotel seems to be relatively new or recently remodeled. It is located across the street from a Shopping center (including a grocery store) and Dunkin Donuts. The Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. The room was great with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. It is near various shopping plazas within a 3 mile stretch. It was about 30 minute drive to Newberry St. in Boston.

Older and in need of renovation, especially in the common areas. The room was clean and in good repair. Breakfast was pretty good. Shuttle from the airport was convenient. Pretty comfortable overall and I'd stay again.

I would have rated higher however my car was broken into during a park and fly deal and I was not notified by the hotel of the incident. I found out when I arrived back from my trip a little past midnight. The police officer that responded to my call asked if the hotel had notified me there were a rash of break-ins recently which they had not. Even more frustrating was no one at the front desk could provide me with any information about the damage to my car! There was plastic taped over the window but no one had any record of of the incident occurring? I think a hotel of this caliber should have an incident log (Hint Mr. Roberto) that would include the basic information - what happened, when did it happen(date/time), who noticed/found/discovered/reported the incident, who was informed of the incident, who responded to the incident, what was done. A simple excel spread sheet form printed out and put in a binder as they occur could go a long way to tracking issues and preventing them in the future.

While the hotel staff was not able to provide me with information they were polite and professional when faced with an irate customer who was pretty P.O.'d !!! Returning on a midnight flight to a car with a smashed window and glass all over the inside was a little upsetting. Especially when the incident had happened at least 4 days earlier and had I been notified - I could have called my insurance co who would have sent a glass company out to replace the broken windows and clean up the glass all over the inside.

I had a long chat with the Hotel GM and suggested they add to the release of liability for people parking their cars in the lot - a bold line which says - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE - IT WILL BE STOLEN! along with a line - "If any issues arise with your vehicle while you are away do you wish to be notified immediately or wait until you return." The GM said they did not notify me because of prior experience when they notified someone they were upset because the news ruined their vacation. Well - if you don't know the answer to a question - ask the question !!!

Hopefully these will be added to the form and help future guests. If not and you are reading this review - I would stay there again - the hotel is nice. I would NOT leave anything in my car - or at least lock it in the trunk out of view - and I would leave specific instructions to them If I were going to park and fly to NOTIFY me if any incidents with my car come up.

Mr Roberto, the GM was very professional and polite and dealt with the incident and fall out from the incident reasonably. In these times Reasonable is about as good as you can hope for!

Room Tip: Do not leave anything in your car - If you are going to park and fly with this location tell them if...
