Here is the thing: Do not get anything at this restaurant that is not a dish. The flat bread seems like it is there because a pizza oven was leftover from the previous owner. It is okay but a little greasy and small.
Instead go for the noodles. They have a few different varieties in a couple of sauces, but all are hand pulled. You can watch them doing this through the glass window that looks in on the kitchen. It seems like it is a work out.
The place is small and still has many leftovers from the pizza roadside place it once was, but the noodles. Really, really, really worth it for those noodles. The owner has a passion for it that is obsessive.
Be forewarned: No alcohol no BYOB. It closes early (8pm)
