A really charming inn that is the creation of its two lovely owners: Judy and Ray.

From the moment that you arrive to the time that you eventually leave you are made to feel completely at home. For this Brit it was an unusual feeling to be so totally immersed in the house and its delightful people, and something that I would like to experience again and again.

The rooms were delightful, slightly folksy yet very well presented and for me a real plus.

Breakfast was simple and again done to perfection; Judy and Ray easily coped with our need to depart earlier than usual - an exemplified a real 'can do' attitude. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. They were knowledgeable of the local area and its amenities, and their restaurant recommendations were spot on.

In summary if you want to relax, feel at home from the 'get go' and deserve some pampering then this is the place for you.

Room Tip: we looked at hem all; they all seem brilliant

It's the extra touches that make a stay memorable. Being able to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee/tea with a homebaked treat while relaxing in front of the fireplace. Cold beverages in your room and a selection of snacks in the dining area are available throughout your stay. Stepping out the door to stroll Chatham's center for shopping/dining or taking a short walk to explore the neighborhood or waterfront is so convenient with the Inn's excellent location. Breakfast included waffles with maple syrup as well as fresh fruit, yogurt/granola, cold cereals, morning glory bread, juice, coffee/tea. Bed/linens were very comfortable. Ray, Judy and staff did an excellent job!
Highly recommend and will return!

A fabolous bed and breakfast. I spent a night there in Feb with my girlfriend. Judy and Ray couldn't have been nicer. The room was very comfortable. Chatham is very charming in the winter and i am glad we stayed a the Old Harbor Inn. The breakfast was delicious pancakes and Judy had a ton of fresh fruit as well as muffins. I will be returning in the summer!

We stayed here for two nights with another couple, and very much enjoyed the stay. The house is within short walking distance of the Main Street shopping/restaurant area, and Chatham is a lovely place to stay. The rooms were fine, and there are a few extras like a small gym in the basement. Breakfast is served on a large porch, and was quite extensive, with fruit, special breads and a daily hot entree. The proprietors were friendly, and the overall camaraderie with other guests what you expect from a top notch B & B. There is ample parking behind the house. For dinner try the Impudent Oyster---on an 11 day New England trip eating in fine restaurants, we liked this one the best (crowded and loud like a small pub, but excellent, creative food).

With an opportunity for an overnight getaway, my wife and I made our way to Chatham and the Old Harbor Inn. A warm inviting greeting made us feel like old friends and soon we were escorted to a bright, immaculate room with a king bed and comfortable sitting area. The great location is only a short walk from historic Chatham and the quaint shops and restaurants. We were served a delicious breakfast and shared conversation with other guests, what a great start to the day. Too short a visit, we will be back.

This inn is charming, cozy and immaculate. My husband and I spent three nights at the inn and it was a wonderful experience. The location is incredible, it's about a 1 minute walk to downtown Chatham. In fact, we walked to a different restaurant every night for dinner. The breakfast is wonderful -- always fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and some yummy baked goods (pumpkin raisin muffins with cream cheese icing, raspberry crumb cake, blueberry cake) and then a hot entree such as blueberry pancakes, quiche, belgian waffles. There's always plenty of food and coffee, tea, hot cocoa and snacks all day long. It was nice to come back to the inn and have a nice cup of hot coffee to bring to my room. Our room had a beautiful carved king sleigh bed and the beds are really comfortable. There is every amenity you need in your room right down to makeup remover. If there's anything you need such as a toothbrush, they have that too. Judy was so helpful with activities on the Cape and she gave us directions and maps to help us and she was fun to talk to on a daily basis. I got very comfortable talking with her every day. Tanya is a sweet and wonderful girl who does the baking in the afternoons and the smell (heavenly) travels through the inn. Tanya gave us great recommendations for dinner (the Delmar) and she was very interesting to talk to. I became very fond of her and our chats. I can't say enough about these people or the inn. If you're planning a trip to the Cape, you have to make beatiful downtown Chatham and the Old Harbor Inn part of your experience.

Room Tip: North Beach has a beautiful King bed and a lot of privacy.
