On our arrival to the Chatham Guest rooms we were pleasantly welcomed by Bob Zaremba who showed us to our room and really made us feel welcome.
The rooms are beautifully done and very spacious. We were like wow!!! on how clean they were and everything we needed we had. Bob and Danielle the owners were very good about coming in and leaving fresh towels if needed and even changed our sheets after the 3rd day of our six night stay.We had a paper delivered every morning and fresh cream for our coffee. The bathroom was amazing along with the most comfy bed ever..We were excited to be minutes away from downtown Chatham and if your looking for somewhere to stay that is affordable, quiet, clean and charming I really recommend the Chatham Guest rooms.

A delightful and very comfortable modern room with quality fittings, carpets, curtains etc. sympathetically created in an 18th century property. We couldn't have found a better place for a week's stay. Although situated on a main road, the room was quiet and the central location is perfect for exploring Chatham and other parts of Cape Cod. Danielle and Bob are the perfect hosts; unobtrusive yet keen to be of assistance and they have a lot of local knowledge which they are pleased to share.

We stayed in the Garden View Suite for two nights on Labor Day weekend.

The Innkeepers are charming, without being overbearing.

WIth young children, cleaninees was important to us, and the suite met our expectations. It was private, spacious, clean and nicely appointed.

I accidenlty left something behind and the innkeepers kindly and timely mailed it back to me.

We would defintily return to the suites in the future.

A group of friends took over the whole inn for a wedding and were delighted with our choice of the Guest rooms. The Yard was a plethora of flowers and the rooms were clean and comfortable. No there is no formal reception but the antique map store is inviting and interesting. Thank-you both

Nice inn keepers but they were surprised to see us even though I had a reservation. Almost put us in a room that was occupied, by other guests (we were on the way in when the co-inn keeper came running after us). Accommodations reminded me of a frat house - an eclectic mixture of old mis-matched furniture, as if the interior features were a complete after thought. Several lights didn't work. Backyard looked like an overgrown neglected yard you would see on a foreclosed house. Picnic table thrown onto what looked like a mulch pile. Owners have been lucky to have been rated so high in an area known for good B&Bs. No breakfast was a surprise...no real reception area or common area was a complete shock. "The Lobby" was a map shop that looked like it was looted the night before. Place has potential but the owners apparently don't want to make the investment. Go elsewhere, lack of business may be the catalyst that motivates the owners to address the numerous shortfalls.

We are very sorry that our accommodations did not meet your expectations. We were not aware of your concerns during your stay.

To address some of the comments:

Our rooms include some antiques and that is why they may appear to be mismatched furniture. We prefer using antiques when possible to provide more quality and history to our accommodations.

We are not a bed and breakfast and do everything possible to make that clear in our material. We offer a range of rooms and guest suites. Each of our rooms has a coffee maker and mini refrigerator. One suite includes a full kitchen and another suite includes a microwave oven.

Our gardens are stuffed with flowers like some English gardens. We prefer a more informal look with lots of native flowers and plants grown together. Yes, we have an old picnic table in the back that needs removing and we will do that. Thank you for the reminder.

It’s true that we do not have a lobby or general sitting area. Each of our rooms is spacious and offers private sitting areas and separate entrances. We do have a retail shop with over 15,000 maps worldwide on the premises which some of our guests enjoy.

We are thankfully full during the peak season and very grateful for all of the positive feedback we have received to date. With our extensive background in travel and our own travel experiences, we strive to provide the types of accommodations that we would enjoy which includes: cleanliness, casual high quality furniture, simple decoration, and organic and natural products, including linens.

This historic structure houses two wonderful rooms, recently modernized while the charm and character have been maintained. Very close to downtown Chatham as well as local beaches and a vast array for resturants. Bob and Danille are both extra attentive and are ideal innkeepers.
It's a true gem !

We stayed in the garden suite, which is nice and large for a family. Picturesque, quiet location close to town and many beaches. Wireless internet available but very low signal so intermittent quality.

Great, attentive hosts. Don’t miss Marion’s pie shop if you have a sweet tooth! Also, morning yoga on the beach is fantastic and only a few minutes away.
