“Pleasantly Surprised”
Reviewed August 24, 2014

We came to Stars because we were unable to secure reservations on Friday night. Other than annoying policy that they would not seat us 10 minutes early, it was great. The lobster and scallops were delicious and the dessert some of the best we've ever had. I would go again.

“fun with the kids”
Reviewed August 23, 2014

Went for the clambake buffet dinner with our three kids. It was a very fun family night. I think the night as a whole was above average fun but the food was about average. Would probably do it once a summer though. I asked my kids which was a more fun night, CBI clambake or Del Mar and they all said Del Mar. Better food with just as much laughter.

“Beach grille-Good Food, Great view, overpriced”
Reviewed August 22, 2014

Exceptional location for waterfront dining, very casual outdoor seating overlooking Chatham harbor. somewhat limited menu, and if you want something that's not on the menu, you need to ask. "Free Valet" parking is not really free unless your a real cheapskate, but then again if you were, you wouldn't be here anyway. Food was good but way overpriced, Service was OK but not great. Once every summer is worth going, but there are places with a view and good food that won't break the bank.

“Eat at The Sacred Cod”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

This restaurant is one of a few at the Chatham Bar Inn. Reservations are recommended. Smaller in size to main dining room, but oh the food is sooo good. Vegetables are so fresh and cooked to perfection. Picked fresh daily from there own farm! The minestrone soup presentation was like no other I've ever seen and the taste was incredible. The Yankee Pot Roast was tender enough to cut with a fork and the peas and baby carrots that accompanied it were so delicious that the pickiest child would gobble them up! The scallops were huge and amazingly good. Details on all food presentation from the mini loaf of bread to all the main courses make it a place to make sure you visit when in Cape Cod MA. Start with cocktails on the Veranda for a must see ocean view.

“Good clambake”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

Ate at the beach club clambake--nice salads, chowder and raw bar --2 lb lobster was good, but not the best. Pricey at $75 but enjoyed it.
