“Don't expect a restaurant, but definitely worth the visit for the food!”
Reviewed July 2, 2012 via mobile

The food here is as fresh as you can get and it certainly tastes like it. The fisherman's basket, which was an array of fried seafood -whatever is fresh that day- was so delicious. We were not prepared to not have a real place to eat. There are two picnic tables but we ended up going back to our room do eat. It ended up not being a problem since the food was so good.

Definitely walk on the dock just to see the seals. They'll give you a show.

“Fresh from the boats - and good”
Reviewed June 28, 2012

Shack located at the commercial fishing dock. No seating at all in store. Picnic benches across parking lot. Great fried clams and lobster bisque (although soup had no meat at all in it). Soda machine for drinks. Good place to eat if you are going to aee the sealions in harbor or watch the commercial fishing boats unload.

“So fresh it will bite you!”
Reviewed June 16, 2012

The fish is literally off the boat. It can't get any fresher than here. Large variety of fresh fish to purchase for cooking at home or choose from a menu of fried seafood prepared for take-away. Great lobster rolls. The french fries are the best I've ever tasted. We drive 15 miles just for the fries.

“Fresh fish and seafood while you wait”
Reviewed May 21, 2012

This is a great venue for a fun picnic. We visited the pier to see the fishing boats unload their catch. A very interesting experience. Then we ordered our seafood at a small counter and when it was prepared we sat outside at their picnic tables. The food was simple but wonderful! We returned to the pier for the views but we ended up watching a seal who was gliding through the water waiting for a stray treat.
