No visit to the Lower Cape is complete without a stop at a lighthouse, and Chatham light has a beautiful beach and view to add to the experience. During the day, at dusk, or at night, it's a lovely spot to stop, have a look, snap a few pictures and then remember the experience when you look back on it in the future. This is an active Coast Guard site, not just a tourist attraction, so access to the site is limited but it still makes for a fun stop during your day.
Parking is usually pretty busy, and there is a time limit for how long you can park there, but it is worth the trip.
