We recently dined at the Rusty Can BBQ with friends. On the positive side, the hush puppies and beef brisket slices were excellent. Unfortunately, the sides did not measure up. We ordered the French fries extra crispy and they were not prepared that way. The cole slaw was promised to be creamy but was very vinegary. There was only one choice of BBQ sauce and it was not to our liking.

I took my Brother to lunch at the Rusty Can. I really like the food. We started off with some Buffalo wings for an appetizer. I then ordered and amazing sandwich call the Brisket Bomb. It was delicious! Loaded with fresh top quality Brisket, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese. It was so big I had to bring half home. My brother got a Cuban, which d was loaded with ham and pulled pork and cheese. He also ate half an brought half home. We split a side of Fries, baked beans & Macaroni and cheese. The only negative was the restaurant was cold! The staff was friendly and and very helpful. I will definitely go back

This place is a true gem. The food is fantastic, the rustic atmosphere is cozy, the staff friendly and they always play great music. If you like bourbon, they have a great selection on hand. My favorite BBQ there is the pull pork sandwich with gooey mac n cheese...but if you are looking for something else, the sloppy cheeseburger and fries are incredible. They also have tons of specials that they rotate regularly. My wife and I eat here all the time and we’ve never had a bad meal. The only downside is that because this place is so good, there is always a wait...but the tables turn over pretty quick and they offer bar service while you wait.
