What a nice surprise. This Hilton Garden was very well run. I chose this hotel over all others in the area because it was the only one that had a restaurant. Every staff member was exceptional, chef, wait staff, front desk manager and Miguel the bartender. He made all of us, mostly solo business travelers feel like we were at home and one big family. Made a bunch of new friends. Great NY strip and salad! Again better than expected. Only cons, the mini fridge and guy above me were both noisey so the front desk manager moved me to another room the next night.

For the money spent, I loved this place! The breakfast package is oh so worth the money. The food was fabulous. Our rooms were clean, although sometimes not until the afternoon. I did NOT hear neighbor using their bathrooms, closing doors, or walking down the hallways disturbing my sleep. I look forward to my stays at the Hilton because they have the BEST beds. I always have a great sleep at the Hilton. This one had a shuttle to the Mall, which was quite convenient for the teenage girls.the people that worked there were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Great price for a Hilton and a nice one at that. We were only there one quick night for a quick Boston/Salem trip so we didn't spend much of any time at all in the hotel other than sleeping. My husband enjoyed the free internet and I enjoyed the cable TV including HGTV! Loved it! This hotel fit the bill - it was clean, good price, convenient. I didn't check out the amenities or anything more as it was just a quick stop over.

Ok-Now that I have had time to cool off, I will tell you what I think about the experience at this hotel... checked in Fri. for a high school reunion. I was meeting a girlfriend there and we were staying 2 nights. I would pay for Friday and she would pay for Sat. Saturday AM we asked the front desk to leave us in the same room to avoid the hassle of moving. Stephanie said "All set" so we left for the day returning at 5 PM to find the room was empty----our things in each others suit cases and on a luggage rack in the lobby. The event we were attending was at 6 at the same hotel. after being told that the room had been blocked for a tour, and they needed two double beds, we were ousted! Even though our reservations were made for two double beds several months earlier. We ended up staying in the room after refusing to negotiate with the unobliging manager, inconvenience of being being moved out and late for our function. NEVER WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. THE MANAGER IS UNBENDING AND UNABLE TO SEE THIS FROM ANY OTHER POINT OF VIEW THAN HIS OWN.

Our entire experience was terrific! The front desk personnel were very helpful. The room was in excellent condition. The comforters were wonderful! The only area that was not what we expected, which was not a big deal, is that you must pay for breakfast rather you get a hot breakfast or the continental breakfast. However, both were worth the low expense. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed here twice this past year, once in February for a martial arts tournament going on nearby, and once in May for a Celtics game. Both times we were very pleased. The staff is nice and friendly, and I was very impressed by the rooms and how the hotel was maintained. Everything was very clean and in working order. Hotel is about 15 minutes outside of Boston and is a great alternative to staying inside the city.

Stayed her for a wedding and had a great experience. Very clean, king bed room at reasonable price of $100. We stayed in the pool until around 3 am, and no one bothered us even though it officially closed at 11. Very satisfied with our stay there.
