I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burlington for a few days on a recent business trip. The hotel is definitely welcoming and the front desk staff as well as the house keeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and microwave for convenience. Also, after my first night there, they switched from regular coffee makers to Keurigs which was a nice touch.
After my first full day of business, I was pleasantly surprised to come back to my room which was clean and fresh and the house keeping staff had left bottles of water for me. They also tuned the room radio into a station that provided soft, spa-like music which was a wonderful detail.
My coworker and I decided to venture into Boston one night and the front desk staff was able to guide us on where to park in the city and what we should go see that would be open after business hours. The directions and advice we were given were extremely helpful and most importantly, correct!
The hotel has it's own restaurant but is located close to a shopping area with other restaurants and places like Trader Joe's for anyone looking to pick up a few snacks or drinks.
Pleasant stay and a great place to relax during a stressful business trip.More
