Stayed here for a quick night in Boston. The hotel staff was very helpful. The free shuttle to the local train station was a huge help. We were lucky enough to come back from our night at Fenway to find a letter from the hotel manager, for free breakfast for the room. Thank YOU. Good location, clean and nice rooms, great staff,...and amazing bed...what more can one ask for.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hilton Garden. Hotel is about 20 minutes outside of Boston and it’s a great alternative if you want to visit the city. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by the room…everything was nice, beds comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The hotel is really well maintained. Great value for the money!

We stayed one night last week. The hotel is simple, but just fine. Room and bed were great. Perfectly clean. Really nice staff. Bar area was nice. Food was good. A little under staffed on dining room.

They even had cookies and Lemonade near the front desk. We'll stay here again.

Overall, perfect place to stay.

Stayed in a king size room that was clean, comfortable and spacious. Had no trouble getting driving into and out of Boston, which is about 20 minutes away. The first night we stayed the manager slipped under our door a complimentary breakfast buffet coupon. That was extremely nice. The pool was the biggest that I've been to back east so enjoy that! However, I found it odd that there was no jacuzzi.
There is plenty of restaurants around the area. Try "Not your Average Joe's" a few miles away. My husband and I both enjoyed our food.

So the hotel went through a big renovation of the rooms. A real opportunity to improve the decor and equipment and upgrade with the times. Apparently this was just about replacing old worn out furnishings. Desk and power outlets still out of the dark ages and not mobile or laptop friendly. Lighting was poor and impossible to read by at night and the beds may have been new but it was hard to tell or feel. Disappointing and an opportunity missed
Compound this with the incessant Musak which is piped everywhere ap there is little opportunity to sit and relax especially true at breakfast where it was loud blaring TV or musak

We stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn as part of a two-day trip to Boston. While the beds were great, the location was good, and the price was right (~$90/night for a two-queen room), the fact that the washer was broken and that Hilton Garden Inn doesn't offer a free breakfast made our stay less-than-excellent. In their defense, the front desk staff did give us a voucher for a free three-person breakfast as compensation for the fact the washer was broken (we needed to do laundry in the middle of a two-week trip, we were at the hotel on Saturday and Sunday nights, and the washer couldn't be fixed until Monday because of a parts availability issue). I'd recommend this hotel, and I'd stay here again, but I'd bring my own breakfast food.

The first thought when you see the outside of the hotel is a good one but the inside makes it better. I liked how they have a table with lemonade for drinks and coffee for after...and the bags of cookies makes it all worth it. Then there is a bar right to your left which was pretty good a little pricey but not surprised. The room was great with a nice TV, bed, pull out bed, and the bathroom was really nice but small. The indoor pool is a nice size, along with an attached patio and a grill! The hotel is close to Boston which was great and next the the Burlington Mall one of the biggest malls around. Lots of restaurants, shopping, bars, and Boston. Overall a great stay and recommended.

Room Tip: Close to Boston, Burlington Mall, and overall a great hotel
