We stayed here for two nights at the end of October. Read tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. Good spacious well-kept suite with separate bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was a little hard and the bed linens appeared old but apart from that everything else was very acceptable and very clean.
We found the business centre useful for internet access and printing. There is a self service laundry.
The hotel is in a business park close to the highway. We ate at The Burlington Mall nearby - Legal Seafoods and Cheesecake Factory. We liked the situation close to Concord and Lexington and not too far to drive to Logan Airport which took about 20 minutes mid afternoon.
We would definitely stay here again.

This Hotel (or suite) is approx 15 miles from Boston centre. It is situated just off the I 95 and easy to access the city centre either by car (not a method I would recommend as the roads are busy and parking is expensive, but better at weekends). We chose to travel to one of the subway stations (the T known locally) and pay a $5 all day parking fee. The Subway fare (and buses) was $15 for 7 days, exceptional value.
Check in experience was OK but did not really explain everything such as the use of their own shuttle bus which will take you anywhere in a 5 mile radius and pick you up when required.
The room was a suite which included a separate tiled bath / shower and toilet, with the washbasin outside the bathroom.
The bedroom included a large King size bed with a well worn mattress which had us rolling towards the centre of the bed and TV. There was a large lounge area with a settee (soft), armchair, TV and DVD player, desk and chair. There was a kitchen area which included a breakfast bar and chairs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cupboards and associated cutlery. The unit also had air conditioning which was not very noisy.
The room was cleaned daily and towels changed, coffee replaced although they did not keep the toilet rolls topped up!

Breakfast was provided with a good selection of items, scrambled egg with either hash, bacon or sausage links each day. Cereal, toast, muffins and rolls. Also one item of fruit and coffee, juices and coke etc. The only let down was that on some mornings it was a bit of a bun fight and there were no seats available when the place was busy. Also paper plates and & plastic cutlery took the edge off it.
In the evening between 5 - 7 weekdays a snack was provided which was different each day, with items such as chicken wings, salad and wraps with cold meats and salad. We were not informed about this at check in.

Free Internet access was provided on 4 computers in a business area and a laundry for a small cost. Iron and board in the room. A gym (quite good) and an outside pool was also provided.

All in all a good experience and over the 7 nights averaged out at $193 per night including tax.

The Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Burlington, Mass is really quite lovely. We wanted to stay somewhere near Boston that was less expensive and was family friendly. The Summerfield suites was it!

The hotel is very very clean and modern. It was a pleasure to walk into our room and see how apartment like it was. The kids loved it! We travelled with 2 small children and the one bedroom suite was fine. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a pullout double sofa bed that was quite comfy.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and they have a great warm clean pool and hottub. The hotel is in the middle of a business park, but there are tons of restaurants and great shopping very close (Burlington Mall was really good and this comes from a shopaholic!). They have probably one of the nicest exercise rooms I have seen in a hotel -- modern and all the equipment worked! There is even a laundry facilty on site if you are there for a longer stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that we could run to the grocery store (Roche brothers is literally just down the street!) and cook whatever we wanted whenever we wanted. Was great with the kids and it saved money.

The only downside was the breakfast. For such a nice hotel, I dont understand why they use paper plates and plastic cutlery at their breakfast buffet. Also, when we went for breakfast, the serving staff seemed less than thrilled to be there and they ran out of pancake syrup. How do you run out of pancake syrup? If they could perfect their breakfast setup, this hotel would have ranked a solid 5 in my books.

Despite the disappointment with the breakfast (maybe it was just our experience), It is a very nice hotel and I highly recommend it.

Have fun in the Boston area -- it is a great place!

I stayed at SS in Burlington with my two teenagers for 5 nights. We had a nice suite with two bedrooms (king beds, very comfy) plus a hideabed. The kitchenette and dining area was well designed and fully equiped. I had two good surprises: 1) Daily housekeeping including the dishes and 2) Breakfast (eggs, etc) and dinner were supplied free of extra charge on weekdays. All in all, a great value for money place that I would recommenend to families, even thought this hotel is targeted at business travellers. Located close to I95, about 40 minutes from downtown Boston.

My husband & I have been at this property 2x and would stay here every time we come to Boston. He works in Canton when in the area and the kids live in Melrose, so it is a compromise all around, but worth it. I can take the free shuttle to the Burlington Mall, which is great and have my 2 hour lunch at Legal Seafood. The mini kitchen is wonderful for entertaining and see everyone. John, the shuttle driver, is very much a nice guy. The breakfast and appetizer hours are so helpful.

This hotel is as perfect as it gets. The room was incredible, well-decorated, spacious, and clean. We had booked a two bedroom suite, and there was a tv and large bathroom in each of them. There was also a very well-equipped kitchen. The location was quiet and safe. The staff was very friendly and gave us clear directions to the mall and also the nearest T station. The breakfast was good, with sausages and eggs. The Burlington Mall is about a 4 minute drive and has great restaurants. Overall, good value and great hotel if you want to go to Boston.

We think Summerfield Suites is a very nice hotel. As we travelled with two small children, one bedroom suite was great. It was as many has all ready said very clean, comfortable and cosy, beds were very nice, especially the pillows. Staff was very helpfull. Location was good too, near Burlington mall and there were nice restaurants near by where we could walk.

The breakfast wasn't very good but that really wouldn't matter but what we find especially terrible was the disposable plates, cups and cutlery in the breakfast. I don't know is that how they are in most hotels in the area or even in the contry (I hope not) but it really is a BIG falw. And another thing is that housekeeper used dishwasher even if there was only two cups and spoons dirty. What a waste of energy. Hotel was the most non-ecological we have ever stayed in. And in these days, that matters too.
