Stayed the week of April 5th. Very spacious and clean. Heated pool and hot tub nice. Playground nice for the kids. Beautiful area nice place for a drive. Saw 100's of seals in Chatam near a pullout for the public and beach. Visited History museum very informative. Loved the sand dunes in Provincetown. Cooks resturant had good seafood. Laurinos had great pizza. Shaws grocery store only a few miles away.
We barbarcued several times was able to buy charcoal with lighter fluid in it at Shaws. Would definitely return.

We stayed at Brewster Green in March and even if the New England weather was not as cooperative as it could have been we had a great time. The unit was clean and well appointed and the staff was great. The area around the resort is quite self-contained-not far from beaches, good restaurants and easy shopping-even very close to the first Christmas Tree Shop. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return.

My coworkers and I needed a restful, peaceful and relaxing vacation, and I'm so glad we chose Brewster Green as the place to unwind from the stresses of our jobs. It was off season, but our stay was throughly enjoyable. The resort villas are great, spaceous and fully equipped, all the comforts of home! The office staff was extremely helpful and accommendating. Loved the whirlpool and the indoor pool. The only thing we had an issue with was no WiFi in the units and you have to pay for the service. The WiFi is free in the clubhouse. Also you may get weak cell phone signals, however, I highly recommend a stay there if you are visiting the Cape Cod area. When you are there, just take Route 6A which leads to all roads into Dennis, Hyannis and Mashpee and of course Martha's Vineyard. We highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

Once again, our annual visit to Brewster Green was excellent. Both relaxing and peaceful. We own a timeshare week here in September, but for the second time, decided to visit in March during the kids' spring break. They offer great offseason rates to owners.

Even though we arrived a few hours early, check in was smooth and friendly. We were able to reserve the unit we own and as usual, it was clean and neat. My only recommendation is that they connect HDMI cables from the cable box to the TV's. What good is a 47" hi def TV, if you have to watch it in SD. Also, you have to pay a 3rd party service for wi-fi in the unit (free in the clubhouse). My daughter had some homework to do, so we purchased 3 days for $14.95. The first day was fine, but the 2 days after that were useless. BG confirmed that they hope to have free wi-fi in the units in the near future.

Knowing that there really isn't much to do on the Cape, we used the time to relax and hang out by the pool/whirlpool quite a bit. My only minor complaint about the resort is the pool area. It could definitely use some updating. We have been coming here almost 20 years and other than the hot tub, it's pretty much the same. There have been tiles missing from the hot tub for the last 3 years. They have to know they're missing.

On checkout day, we woke up to a surprising 8" of snow. The weather folks had predicted less than an inch. Nice to know they are wrong somewhere other than home :). As we were getting ready to load the car, the staff had already cleared the sidewalk and were in the process of shovelling around our car. Thanks guys! That was very nice! They don't even do that at our condo back home.

Once again, thanks Brewster Green for another relaxing, fun week. See you again soon!

My husband and I visited BGR in early March with our infant daughter. We had a little house right near the clubhouse. It was a very generous size, in fact the master bedroom was larger than ours at home! 2 beds, 2 baths, full eat in kitchen, dining room, living room with huge flat screen TV. Washer and dryer in unit were great. We don't live far away, so we brought detergent from home. It was great to come back home from vacation with very little laundry to do! Also, we saved a bunch bringing food from home instead of buying everything on the Cape. Pillow top King Bed was awesome in the master bedroom. Everything was very clean. Location in Brewster was perfect because we could take day trips all over the Cape and nothing was more than 45 minutes away! At the resort, we used the indoor pool and exercise room daily. The exercise room was better than I expected. They have a treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bicycle, universal trainer and free weights with bench and mirrors on both sides of the room. Room has radio and tv and fan. Equipment was in fair condition, but clearly dated and used. But considering I wasn't even expecting any kind of a gym, this was a pleasant suprise. The indoor pool was great. They also have a hot tub. The only problem we had was when we went to use the pool in the late afternoon mid-week, we found it full of little kids, clearly the resort was allowing the pool to be used to lessons to people in the area, not resort guests (there were barely any other guests there). I get it, they want to make money in the off season, but I was disappointed to not have been informed of this as I was so impressed with this resort up to this point. All they needed to do was put up a sign in the club house or notify guests of lesson times at check in. As we had our infant with us, we just tried to stay out of the swimming lessons way and enjoy the pool nonetheless. The straw that broke the camel's back, however, was when we saw the instructors fishing around with the skimmer and one of them approached me to ask if my daughter's diaper was ok as they had "has a deposit" in the pool. Amazingly, I was able to keep my cool, assure her my daughter's diaper was clean (which it was, she had a swim diaper on, even if she had an accident it would have kept it in, it's what they do...), and exit the pool with my husband and child. It was upsetting to, especially after finding the pool full of swim lessons on my vacation without any notice (we would've come another time if we knew this was going on...), be accused of having my child have an accident in the pool instead of being notified that someone had had an accident in the pool. Whatever, it was just dissappointing after such a great experience with the great rooms and other days at the pool. The only recommendation other than alerting guests when other activities are going on in resort facilities is that they should invest in some HDMI cables for those nice TVs. If you're going to buy big screen tvs that cost hundreds of dollars each, what's 18 more dollars for an HDMI cable to get the best picture possible on those tvs! We enjoyed the huge tv in the living room and smaller flat screen in the master bedroom. Fortunately it was just the baby in the other bedroom, but I can imagine if there were other guests a tv in the second bedroom would be good. They charge $30 for wifi in your unit for the week. (You can also get it for 3 days or a daily rate) Something I think should be included by now, but since my cell internet signal wasn't great in the unit, we got it and it worked well once we signed in, but you have to sign in a lot, unfortunately. Wifi is free in the club house only. We had a nice stay overall. It was just nice to get away. It's too bad we came back to almost 2 feet of snow!!!

Great place to explore the Cape. Office staff exceptionally nice.
The grounds are NOT maticulousl manicured as it states inthe ddescritip,. Everything could use a good trimming, some fertilizer, and updated yard maintence. Likedhaving a washer dryer int heunit.
made adifference. Would recommend this place, but the grounds need some serious attention.

Room Tip: We stayed just beyond the tennis courts in a corner unit. Great place for some privacy and still cl...

We're here for Christmas week, and we're having a wonderful time - there's so much to see & do in the area, even "off season"!

The facilities here are very well maintained, immaculately clean, and the staff are very friendly. The orientation meeting featured a very well informed local, who gave tips on many "don't miss" attractions & shops, and she was correct on everything we checked out - it really helped plan our week. There was absolutely no timeshare pressure - orientation was pleasant and informative.

You're at the Bicep of Cape Cod (it looks like an arm), and it's very convenient to hop on 6A - the most scenic drive you could ask for - and see all the quaint things the area has to offer. Every shop owner & local was welcoming and friendly - especially at the Brewster General Store, a very cool step back in time.

We're travelling with a large family, and used 2 units (spacious & clean). 2 of our young folks have autism, and they were welcome everywhere, as well. Sadly, this isn't always the situation, and it's refreshing to find understanding vacation spots. We also met several other families with kids of all ages, and they all seemed to be having a great time as well.

I can't say enough about this spot, it's great!
