Having eaten here at least 10 times (we live on Cape Cod and like fine dining)......First, get ready for some French attitude....you can eat in the bistro section (more casual, lighter menu) or the restaurant (more of all including attitude.) Food is generally very good, wine list is excellent although we got a bad bottle of $125 wine that the wine steward insisted was excellent (our mistake to accept a bottle of wine that came to the table with the cork already removed and not present)....lovely atmosphere, you'll want reservations. Try to avoid weekend crowds. The bistro is generally a more pleasant experience. (Beiing #1 in Brewster isn't saying much - it's a tiny town, however Chillingsworth is in the top 5 restaurants on the Cape.)
