Hotel was conveniently located to our venue. Hotel staff was very pleasant and efficient. Check in was complicated due to five rooms on same credit card with different arrival times. Desk clerk was one of the best I have dealt with. Breakfast was better than most. All in all, a very good experience.

Nice and clean but tired. I hope this is on the list to be updated soon as it isn't a bad location in the Braintree area. Good proximity to several eating establishments but not within walking distance to anywhere. Getting here from downtown Boston is painful in rush hour, which starts about 2pm in Boston. All in all an ok place with an ok location with an ok whatever... but the service was very good..... just my opinion.

Room Tip: Get an odd numbered room. You'll be away from the factory next door.

We were planning to spend a couple of days touring Boston. When I started looking for accommodations I was shocked at the price of rooms in Boston. after a little more research I decide to stay outside the city and use public transportation to get into the city. I researched subways into the city and concluded to Red Line was the best way into the city. So started to look at accommodation in the south along the Red Line hence I found the Hampton in Braintree.
This facility like all the other Hampton's we have stayed at provides excellent service.
The hotel was very clean, the room we had was like wise clean roomy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The Hampton provides a complementary breakfast each morning. The selection of items was good and on Sunday morning we hit at a very busy time. The staff did a good job making sure there was food out.
This is a good place to stay when visiting Boston. They provide free shuttle service to and from the Quincy Adams station. The cost of an adult return fare was $5 .
Finally the staff were excellent and very knowledgeable about visiting Boston and were only too willing to share the information with you.
The facility and the staff certainly contributed to us enjoying our brief stay in Boston

This was one of the best Hampton Inn's that I have stayed in. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Geena (sp?). She worked in the evening time at the front desk on a few of the days that we stayed there. She was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. The breakfast food was typical Hampton Inn and they actually started running out of fruit and cereal on our fourth and fifth mornings.

The pool was food for the kids. The whirlpool was a very good temperature (hot) but the jets were not very strong. The workout room, while small, was very functional.

We stayed at the front of the hotel, in room 402. In my opinion, this is probably the best room in the hotel. It's on the top floor so there are no guests above you. Since it's the last room on the floor, there is only one room next to you. Plus, there are no other guests walking in front of your door to get to their room. The room was very quiet. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. The front stairwell was right in front of our room so getting downstairs for breakfast was easy and quick.

We spent time in downtown Boston and with no traffic (plan your trip well!) you can get to Downtown within 15 minutes.

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. It is run very well and the staff is excellent.

Room Tip: Try to get room 402, or at least one of the other "02" rooms on the other floors.

We stayed in this Hampton Inn last week while visiting Boston. Although it seemed a bit far from the action, the free shuttle service to the "T" station was of great value. A Hot Breakfast buffet is included but it won't make you want to skip lunch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask for advice on getting around or on things to do and see. Room are very clean, as it is usually the case with any Hilton-related chain.

Nice stay...great breakfast, free wi-fi, shuttle to the Boston T. Nice comfortable room...nice fitness center. It was pretty easy to get to the hotel from Logan. I simply took a bus located next to the baggage claim and it drops you off at the Braintree Park & Ride near the hotel...cost was only $12.00. The hotel shuttle picked me up from there.
