Owner description: Tower Hill Botanic Garden is New England's year-round botanic garden, a living museum of plants exquisite in every season. Several distinctive gardens arrange plants according to an overall Master Plan, that includes a Lawn Garden, Secret Garden, Systematic Garden, Cottage & Vegetable Garden, Wildlife Refuge Pond, Winter Garden, and more. Two conservatories--the Orangerie and the Limonaia--display non-hardy plants in winter, with blooming flowers in every season. Springtime brings more than a quarter million flowering bulbs, including a signature field of more than 25,000 daffodils.

This is a hidden gem. It's like a tropical paradise in the winder. Good place to go and see lots of gardens, walking trails, little pond, little hill that overlooks reserviour and mountain.

You will not be disappointed. After my first visit I signed up for a membership.
Plan on at least one hour to three hours for a walk around the grounds.

Thank Angela S

I have a real love for this Garden. I've been a member almost since it opened. The Gardens and Greenhouses are great all year.

It's a great place to stroll and enjoy the plantings. Most trees and plants are labeled. Twigs Cafe is a great place to have lunch while you're there.

Great stuff to see inside and out. Nice short trails to explore. Good view of Mount Wachusett. Many lady slippers in Spring.

Tower Hill is a gorgeous experience of nature and beauty. Formal gardens, woodland gardens, Limonia, Orangerie and my favorite, The Winter Garden, all offer a unique opportunity to enjoy being surrounded by natural beauty. The cafe, Trigs, serves excellent food and even better views of the Wachusett Resevoir and mountain. The Gift Shop is a must visit with garden themed items and much, much more. If you are any where near Central Massachusetts don't miss this hidden gem. Any time of year is the right time to visit. There is always something different to see. Nature is always in bloom! Great of all ages.

Thank Bestfive
