“Great base near Boston”

This Hampton Inn is located outside the city center, but is pretty close to the Minutemen National Historic Area, and is a relatively quick drive to either commuter rail or the "T" stations. We thought the staff were great, the rooms were clean and updated, the beds more than comfortable, and decent Internet speed (free). It's nice to have a basic breakfast available each morning, and the staff kept things well stocked. This hotel is also pretty close to a mall and other chain restaurants, and real close to Route 3 and I 95. We had a great experience, and it appeared that others did too.

I had to stay at this place, my regular hotel, on the other side of the street, being full last week. Well, you get the minimum you would expect, not more. Rooms are large and comfortable (although mine was "smelly" when I got in - not a pleasant first impression) but this is more or less all. Breakfast is minimal, and served in plastic plates... Staff is very helpful and nice though.

My team constantly strives to provide the cleanest rooms we can. As you know the hotel across the street is a full service Hilton with more amenities than us; however we do have a number of benefits and services we provide to all our guests, including free wifi, spacious rooms, microwaves and mini fridges. We also provide a free breakfast and a shuttle to local area attractions; I believe we have a very good hotel and offer a very good value. Once more thank you for your feedback and for your business. I love the Hampton Inn. It was a great experience and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. We could not have asked for a better experience. The added bonus for us was the shuttle. When you do not have your own vehicle it is nice to have access to shopping and other amenities in the city.

The staff went out of their way to assure a comfortable stay. Hotel is very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was well presented and very accommodating. Would recommend this hotel for both business and personal travel

Hampton is a good utility hotel. It gets the job done with few frills. With that said, the gymn and breakfast bufet at this hotel put it near the not of medium cost, low frills hotels. Those two are top qulaity. This Hampton in is located in an industrial section, near Mitre, Oracle, and many other businesses. If you have to visit one of these businesses, this hotel will get the job done. For this level of hotel, there is no in-hotel retaurant (you have to go across the street to DoubleTree for that), but there are many good eating establishments within 5 minutes drive. There is one place to eat just beyond the parking lot, within walking distance. Watch the breakfast buffet. It is typical of this class of retaurant; scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, and pastries, but it is one of the best managed that I have ever seen. It is fun to watch what the managers do to plan for heavy customer loads. It is art in action. There was wired (Ethernet) Internet. It was impressively fast. If you want simple, moderate price, and no hassles, for your business visit, this could be the best choice in the immediate area.

New building, all type of services (business room, swimming pool, gym ..)
Very kind peopla at the lobby.
Cleaning service very well and my roo, for those 3 days, was always very clean.
Just one poit for the breakfast: I didnìt see any bacon during the 3 morning I got there....

The hotel has a good value as the services. Very clean room and very quietly. Fast and free internet access. Good location for business trip. The breakfast includes eggs, yogurts, fruits and 3 types of coffee.
