Stopped as I always do for a good night sleep when travelling to Florida with a family of 5. I had no reservation, arrived quite late because my son wasn't feeling that great. The staff found a room and they offered me a suite that suited our need without overcharging.

I also forgot my camera with all of my family photos. I realized later and called the hotel. Now this was no cheap camera anyone could have found it and just left with it. The general manager took the time to make all necessary arrangements and make sure that it cross the boarder without any problems. Now this is doing the extra mile for your customers.

Clean rooms as always, great value and great honest people and a complementary hot breakfast at a honest price.... what else do you want?

We have stayed at this hotel since we have family in the area many times and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is always good, and rooms are immaculately clean. The location of this hotel is also very convenient to the mall. I highly recommend.

Have never had a bad stay!!! Complimentary Breakfast Buffet is awesome !!! The staff has always been helpful and friendly!!! We come down for Boston Red Sox versus Baltimore Orioles trips and all the years we have been coming down the staff has been very courteous and friendly and will bend over backwards to assist you!!! Great place to stay!!!

Hampton is reliably good at every location I have traveled to. The care and comfort provided continually please. Provision of a refrigerator was accomplished quickly on request. A/C was quiet and well adjusted. Surroundings were very tasteful and well-designed for quiet, restful accommodation.

The hotel is lackluster in decor, it seems dated. None of the rooms have mini-fridges either, which stinks. Bed was comfy and the hotel is right next to a bus that will take you into the city. Staff was friendly. Not the best hotel I've stayed in, but it's cheap and efficient.
