“Absolute Crap”

Do not stay in this hotel, first off the room had just been renovated and it was terrible! the bathroom toilets were cracked and stained, the tubs had rust and black marks in them from where no-slip stickeys had been. There was a 2" gap under the door where you could actually see into the hallway and noise from the hall travels freely into the room. Not to mention the hotel was really Ghetto. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!

I moved from the Marriott Courtyard to this hotel, since friends and family were staying here. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was clean and the staff was pretty friendly. The location is convenient to a lot of the shopping and restaurants in Salisbury. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient. My only complaints are that some on the housekeeping staff did not speak any English (but this is unfortunately not a novelty today in the USA), and there is not an ice machine on every floor. I also did not appreciate that the check-out time is 11am instead of 12pm, however, I checked-out at 12pm without any hassles. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I got a great rate at this hotel, I wouldn't pay the full price for the room. The hotel needs a remodel and the t.v. had very few channels and they were fuzzy. That being said, the employees were very helpful and nice. The room was clean. Didn't try the on-site restaurant, but there is one and they do have room service. The hotel also accepts pets.

For the second night of a trip to the Northeast, we stayed in the Holiday Inn in downtown Salisbury, Md. Salisbury is a town on the Delmarva peninsula. The hotel has a rather large lobby that is almost devoid of furniture. The overall feeling is dreary. Check-in was accomplished quickly and we went up to our room. It was at the end of a dark hallway. The hall and room carpets need replacement. The hallway walls should be redone and the lighting upgraded. The room was spacious and and the bed comfortable. We used the dining room for breakfast which was so-so. There were only two other tables occupied. They did not have fast checkout and I had to inform the clerk that we had breakfast that should be added to the bill. We were happy to leave.

My friend and I stayed here for four nights on our vacation. We totally enjoyed our stay. The rooms are newly remodeled, and were very clean. The beds were super comfy. The pool was great. We didn't try the in-house restaurant, so I don't know what the service there is like. Front desk staff was helpful, but not overly polite, as some people complained about in other reviews. However, I don't go to a hotel just to talk to the persons at the front desk- I go to get a good night's sleep in a clean room and enjoy the pool, and both of those were met above my expectations. The hotel is a 30 or 40 minute drive from Ocean City, Assateague, and Rehoboth beaches, which makes it a lovely spot to stay while vacationing on the east coast without spending as much as the ocean-side hotels cost.

The service in the restaurant was very slow and rude, the waitress spilled ice tea on one of us with out even an apology. We waited for one hour for our appetizers and salad and the food was a huge disappointment. very over cooked or under a warming lamp and the worst part was there were only two other tables on a friday night. we should have we through a fast food line I can't say it would have been any worse.
