Wonderful playground next to the finest small town zoo in the US! Various implements for all ages children. Bathrooms and benches and tables nearby. Great way to spend a pretty fall day.

This wonderful playground built in memory of Ben, who died from leukemia. Wonderful memorial, such a great, needed idea. M grandkids love it, even has equipment for handicapped. Go, you will love it, then take visit to zoo! You can also notice slats on fences dedicated to many, our son is one!

I take my grand nephew here and he never tires of all the many great things for him to do there. I truly believe I can feel the loving childhood spirit of Ben while I'm there. A beautiful yet sad story. So much gleeful childhood laughter to be heard and joy to be seen. And its all free!

This has been a great place to always take my grand kids and allow them the freedom to play in age appropriate areas. They have swings for all ages, balancing beams, bridges, rings, large sand box areas with plenty of toys, massive climbing towers and so much more. This parks was constructed in memory of a Drs small son who succumbed to cancer and the community came together and built the park in his memory. There is a large wall around the park with only to ways in and out which gives you the security of knowing there is limited access. The park even has a sprinkler area to play in on hot days. Bring a picnic lunch and have lunch at the picnic tables in the shade of the trees.
