Our party of three (along with about 40 others on board) took the one-hour 2:30 pm cruise on Sunday and enjoyed it very much. Captain John and his crew below deck couldn't have been more hospitable and welcoming to adult and child alike. This narrated (recorded and live) cruise in St. Michaels Harbor, home of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, did not disappoint. The water was calm, and the prevailing wind as I sat in a comfortable chair in the sunshine along the upper deck meant "hold onto my hat," but it was still smooth sailing as the captain took us out for a taste of "the good life" aboard a beautifully maintained 65 foot passenger vessel. He pointed out some of the homes along the bay and an osprey nest. His pointers provided good photo opportunities. I would have liked getting a bit closer to the homes, and perhaps someone to come around to offer beverages and snacks so we didn't have to leave our seats and miss anything. Captain John and his wife own the vessel and their pride of ownership shows, as well as their concern for the safety and accommodation of passengers. I enjoyed this very much! Thank you for everything, Patriot Cruises!
