During our recent family weekend in Rock Hall we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast here. We were a party of 12 and they were very accomodating for our large group. Food was excellent and there's a cute gift shop in the restaurant with great Eastern Shore finds!

My husband and I just had breakfast here yesterday morning as we were getting ready to leave town. The man at our inn recommended it to us. What a great little place! I had the breakfast parfait with fresh fruit and decided to try the biali with cream cheese, my husband had the Lester and loved it. The waitress was great, she greeted us as soon as we walked in and explained the menu to us. Another lady I talked to whom I assumed was the owner was also very friendly. Looking forward to our next trip and visiting Muskrat Alley again!

We were guests of the B&B on site and our breakfast was included with our stay. It was terrific! My husband and I both had a biali - mine with lox and cream cheese and his with egg, cheese and bacon. Very tasty and the service is very friendly and attentive. Sweet little gift shop too.

Wow we ended up here because the place we went to in Chestertown was closed! Had the biali special and my 5 yr old had the banana split waffle. Both were great! Definitely will be back!

It is important for us to know that you enjoyed your experience after having stumbled upon us in your search for breakfast that morning. Sometimes it's the unexpected that we remember so well, good or bad. You came to us in your search for a place to eat when your travels found that the place you had expected to eat had closed its doors for good. It was our pleasure to serve you and make your breakfast with your family a memorable one.

We have been here twice now and can't wait to go back. Food first! The Belgium waffles are fantastic! Thick so that the outside is crisp and the inside is fluffy. Nothing bland about these - a very nice, subtle malt flavor that is almost like a sour dough. And your choice of toppings including; fresh fruit, real whip cream, ice cream, eggs, sausage, honey. You get the idea - they are made to order. They also specialize in Bialy breakfast sandwiches. A bialy is like a thinner bagel - which I apprecaite. Their smoked salmon, onion, capers and cream cheese was fresh and perfectly balanced. The egg and bacon was excellent, too. Eggs were fluffy and the bacon crisp. We also had the southwestern breakfast wrap with eggs, peppers, onions and cheese. And hot sauce if you like.
They have a selection of fresh brewed coffee (self serve) which range from regular to an organic ground espresso bean for those who want more of a jolt. Good selection of teas as well.
The restaurant has an excellent collection of gifts on display, from homewares to jewelry. Nothing better than shopping while you wait for a table or to browse from your seat.
The owners, Mark and Malita, run the attached Bed&Breakfast and were born to work in the hospitality business. Efficent and affable - great way to start the day!
