This is a great new place in Pasadena, right on Ritchie Hwy. The décor is early Americana and spot on. Loved the bar area with large farmhouse tables. The food is farm to table, which is a great addition in the area. The bar offers whiskey flights (also new in this region), and the specialty cocktails were creative. My son highly recommends the Jefferson Mule. The food was great. The restaurant is new, resulting in service that was a little slow and inconsistent. If the restaurant does not have a specific training program for its wait staff, it would be helpful to develop and initiate to ensure consistent service. We are looking forward to returning and witnessing an even better experience as the staff and kitchen mature and become more synthesized.
