I booked a room in this hotel for three days. On the second night I was walking by the front desk and was coughing so badly. I politely asked the front desk person for water only to be told no because the water is only given to hilton honor members. The following morning during check out I try to talk to the manger about it back he made it seem like nothing serious

Excellent hotel. Service was great. Everyone very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. The gym leaves a little to be desired, but aside from that everything was fine. It's also near an area of restaurants, so we didn't have to travel any distance for dinners.

Nice clean rooms and bed was comfortable. I requested a King bed, but was given two twins. That is the only bad thing about my stay. The staff was friendly. I wish it would have been a little closer to Baltimore. The traffic was horrible during rush hour.

Went out of my way to stay at a Hilton Hotel for a conference. Requested 2 queens and if no queens then a cot. Typically as a Diamond, requests are honored or at least the hotel works with you. Also was told that Diamonds usually get upgraded to suites. Upon arrival, it seemed my requests were first read. And the cot request was never added to the reservation. Upon check in, to my dismay, find out, no rooms with doubles available, and cots are all gone. Then requested extra pillows for the room. Was told they would be right up. Went our for dinner and came back and no extra pillows. Called the front desk and found out no more pillows. Also was surprised that no managers were around. Whenever I stay at a HGI, there always is a manager around or if something is wrong, as a Diamond I typically get a courtesy call to make sure everything is ok. Never did receive that call... I have been a Hilton Diamond for over 15 years and have had a few issues over the years..but nothing as bad as this....if I am ever back in the area, I would choose a Marriott over this hotel. Maybe even a Motel 6....they at least would have extra pillows!
