This is one of the most comfortable places I have stayed. The rooms have all just been renovated (there was no noise during my stay), and they're perfect for business travelers. The rooms are big, there's plenty of light, and while it's all one space it's been cleverly designed with alcoves, lighted screens, walls etc. to create defined spaces that feel unlike most hotel rooms. There's a large desk with every hookup you might need in an alcove, a separate kitchenette area with coffee maker, sink and refrigerator, a separate living room area with a large sectional sofa, throw pillows, end table, coffee table, and in the coffee table a rolled up throw just in case you want to be cosy while you're watching the large screen TV. I got a room with a king bed that was very comfortable. The bed is behind a screen that takes up one-quarter of the width of the room. The bathroom is divided into two areas, the sink outside the bathroom and a shower/toilet room with a door. The bathroom is on the smallish side but the shower is large and comfortable. There is a closet with real hangers and a dresser tucked into the alcove where the sink is located. The floor is carpeted with comfortable material and I heard no noise from other rooms, just an occasional voice in the hallway. There is free wifi and free parking. I had dinner one night downstairs where, although there is no restaurant per se, there's a nice menu that isn't too expensive that you can get to go or to eat in the seating areas and tables that are in the lobby. Like the rooms, the seating areas in the lobby have been cleverly designed to be cozy defined spaces although not divided by walls. There is a small gym on the first floor with treadmills, bicycles, weights. I heard there was a pool but I didn't see it. There is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles. The free breakfast was terrific -- there were different freshly made bagel or english muffin sandwiches every morning, and on two of the three mornings when there was no vegetarian option they made one for me. Each morning there were waffles or french toast, also oatmeal, fresh fruit and pastries, etc. Great and unlimited coffee too. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. In short, I would stay here again in a minute.
