“A Gem off the Beaten Path.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 4, 2013

Food is very Good. Atmosphere is Key West. Prices some what
high. Portions are good. Parking can be a problem in front of the place if you go after 5 PM, but there is a lot 50 yards away for extra parking. Love the Fried Shrimp wrapped in Bacon. This year no longer on the menu. The chicken breast with bacon is excellent. Cole Slaw is Yummy. Shrimp Bisque is excellent .

“Get Crushed!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 1, 2013

Excellent orange crushes. Crab dip, shrimp peelers and wings are very good. Bar atmosphere - always full of locals - they know where to go!. Waitstaff always very helpful and friendly. Very popular place in WOC. The owners can never seem to provide enough parking. Nice views of WOC commercial harbor. Go! (even if just for an orange crush!)

“Local Recommendation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 31, 2013

We went to OC for a romantic getaway, but not much was open since it was still the off season. The concierge at our hotel recommended harborside. She said it was a great locals place with orange crushes and wings. We didn't have many options, and we like wings, so we tried it out. Loved it! The menu seemed decent enough, and our service was as expected. The buffalo wings were the perfect spiciness and crispiness. We also had the buffalo shrimp pizza...expecting it to be like the wings, but it wasn't very good. I would go back here though just for the wings and crushes. Also, it's right on the harbor, so I bet it's gorgeous in the spring and summer. And I heard that they have live music sometimes, too.

“Ok if you are a drinker”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 10, 2013 via mobile

Went you this restaurant when we were down in O.C. for a weekend. We needed lunch, so someone decided to go to Harborside for lunch. The food was just alright. I asked about their crab cakes, and someone near me said that they had never heard anything about them, nor had they eaten them. I decided to just get a turkey wrap. It was good, very large and plentiful.

I think if you drink, this place would be attractive for you. They are famous for their orange crush mixed drinks. Since it was cold out, they had plastic around the area that would be outside, in warmer months. It sits at a marina, so the view is of boats and water. I have been here in the summer, and it is a very popular place.

“Good food, good drinks, good atmosphere”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2013

The crushes here are fabulous; try the grapefruit and the orange!
The food is above average bar food, with some seafood thrown in. The place itself is small, and it gets VERY busy during the summer, so getting a table or your food can sometimes take a while. I have eaten in and taken out from the Harborside before and have grown to prefer take out. Just place your order at the counter and enjoy a few crushes on the bay while you wait (as long as you aren't driving, of course)!
The atmosphere here is fun and laid back. The location is beautiful and right on the water. It is especially nice at sunset.
