This is a bad buffet and don't recommend it. We had visited it on prior years and was good. This time we visited on May 28, 2014 and the food was just sitting on the buffet table and was not hot. A lot of items were either over or under cooked. They still only serve two crab leg clusters at a time. The biggest surprise was when the check came and they charged the two of us, each one cent for water, our only beverage. How desperate are they? This left us with a bad taste and it wasn't only for the food.

There is a big variety on the buffet but the quality of the food is so-so. Some items on the buffet were practically cold, like the macaroni and corn for example. The crab legs were WAY overcooked it was aggravating trying to crack them open. Needless to say I only got the two claws they give you at a time because I was not going to waste any more time trying to peel another set! The breaded shrimp was great and our server was very nice and accommodating. I can't believe I paid that much money for the quality of food, oh well never again.

The food is just so so and considering the price, it should be incredible. The shrimp were over- cooked, the crab dip had a funny taste (as well as the crab soup) and they only allow you to take 2 crab claws at a time. It's disappointing that they don't even offer Maryland blue crabs since they are in Maryland. They do have a big selection, but it is way overpriced for what they offer.
We did have an excellent server who kept our drinks full and our shell bowl empty.

We've tried them all, including the one, in 2 locations, that everyone THINKS is good. I prefer BONFIRE, for the quality variety of items available. Especially like the hot crab dip. Several different areas to sit. Bar that's very nice with live entertainment.

We were a large group but were delayed getting there. The restaurant graciously held the table.

The food is OK. If you expect haute cuisine at a smorgasbord, then you're going to have a life of disappointment. If you expect and want ample selection of all sorts of soups, salads, meats, pastas, sides, desserts, fish.....then this is your place.

The fresh fried doughnuts are a delight.

Our server, Becky, was terrific. She kept the table clean and the beers and sodas full.
