I twice visited the carryout window of the CCFactory to get their crab cake sandwich. Each time I got a side of fries($2 extra for substituting in place of kettle chips), once I got a side of cole slaw also. The crab cake sandwich comes on a toasted soft roll, with tomato and lettuce. The crab cake is lightly breaded and crispy with lumps of crab throughout. It puts similar sandwiches I have had to shame! So much crab, just the right consistency, simply delicious. The only thing that takes away from the sandwich is the limp lettuce. I think if I ate the sandwich at the restaurant it would be more crisp. Also the lettuce could have been a little fresher. It had dead ends on it that I would have thrown away if I had been making the sandwich. The fries were tasty. The homemade slaw also tasty but I like mine a chopped vs. shredded like they serve here. Just a personal preference. It cost about $19. The staff includes ketchup, tartar sauce, malt vinegar for the fries, a knife and fork and napkins. Consistency is what makes a happy customer, and CCfactory did the job. Take out staff was friendly and swift each time. You can park across the street from takeout window for free for 20 minutes, just enough time to order and be on your way. I would definitely recommend this place for crab cake sandwich.

Tiny, but clean with fun decor. Tables are totally on top of eachother. Don't bother going here for anything but the spectacular Blood Mary's and breakfast. We ordered both the bacon and the crab Bloody Mary's, and were totally impressed. The crab skewer was loaded with deliciously voluptuous chunks of crab meat, and the flavor of the Bloody Mary was not too spicy, and really tasty.

I ordered a Crab Benedict style breakfast, and it was okay. The Hollandaise sauce tasted like it was out of a jar, but the entire meal was still good overall.

We've heard mixed reviews on the rest of the menu, including the crab cakes, but I can totally vouch for the yummy Bloody Mary's which are totally worth stopping in for!

My husband and I go here about once every two weeks. They have awesome happy hours specials. We can get a bottle of beer for $1.75 and 2 fish tacos for $6.00. The fish tacos are loaded with rockfish lightly breaded, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and an awesome sauce called Boom Boom.

Took some relatives here during a recent beach excursion. Restaurant was busy, but we were seated immediately. Restaurant was REALLY loud and as others have pointed out, tables and chairs are REALLY packed together tightly. Hard for a heavy person to negotiate a path to the table. Service was quick and friendly. Received drinks and salads quickly. THEN the waiting began!

Waited at least 40 minutes after salads for our appetizers. Waitress kept checking back with us and apologizing for the wait. Not sure how wings and crab dip in a bread bowl can take that long to prepare. Wings were good but really small. Crab dip in a bread bowl with tortilla chips was very tasty and filling. Our meals arrived a minute or two after the appetizers, creating a logjam. We all got crabcakes, which were excellent and had the least filler I have ever had. They were almost more like scoops of crabmeat rather than crabcakes. Homemade potato chips and mac 'n cheese were excellent, the Thrasher fries cooked in peanut oil were disappointing and went largely uneaten. One quirky thing on the menu is that a 5 oz. jumbo lump crabcake with homemade chips and slaw is $15.99. 5 oz. jumbo lump crabcake "dinner" with two sides is $16.99. To add a bun, lettuce & tomato to the 5 oz. jumbo lump crabcake "dinner" is an extra $1.59. Unless you wanted sides other than chips and slaw, not sure why you would order the crabcake dinner with a bun for $18.58 rather than ordering the crabcake sandwich with chips and slaw for $15.99, since the crabcakes are supposedly identical! Might give it another chance, based on how good the crabcakes were, but poor timing of meal from kitchen ruined an otherwise great dining experience.
