An outstanding restaurant. Several friends highly recommended this place, and we finally tried it on Feb 15th. Top shelf. Elegant. High end. This is no flip flop crabhouse.
The calamari is done exactly the way they do it in Italy! Grilled taste, with light olive oil and lemon. Ample portion. None of this deep fried with so-called "marinara" sauce American invented crap. Thanks to Pino in the kitchen.
I ordered the veal chop -- wow. Grilled, thick, tender, Huge portion, with nice sides. Delicious. My wife ordered the eggplant involtini -- amazing. Perfect tomato sauce, tender eggplant with pasta rolled inside. Real Italian. Paired with their nice house Pinot Noir. They even have a Sicilian nero d'avola on the menu.
The waiter was a pro -- very knowledgeable and professional, good manner of talking with guests and explaining everything.
They also have a nice piano bar next to the dining area. The view of the back bay out the wall of windows is amazing.
I highly recommend this place, for a classy experience and good food, Authentic!
